The property is located not far from the promenade and features a swimming pool and on-site parking. We were even given a room with two terraces. The staff are very friendly.

Staff was great and welcoming to us when we checked in! The apartment was clean, had necessary kitchen amenities, great yard to relax in. My husband and I especially loved the bike rental that was complimentary of the resort and used them to go towards Lake Garda and the Sirmione town. Although we didn’t use the pool, it was clean and had an outdoor shower to rinse in as well.

The induction stovetop was difficult to turn on at first, so perhaps having instructions could have helped!

Really nice apartment! We loved using the bikes, definitely need them because it is quite far from the bridge and castle - would be a long walk.

The free bike rental the property had to offer was really fun, we rode the bikes to the old city. Room was big and spacious.And the property was close to a supermarket.

We had ants in our room :(We went to the reception to tell them about it and they said they couldn’t do much about it except for cleaning the room. After they cleaned the room we still had ants in the room, which made the stay a lot less pleasant. Also, they didn’t throw the trash away or give us new towels after cleaning the room.

Great location, the room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. The staff was friendly.

Condition is old and not well maintained. There were many bugs in the bathroom and I thought I had walked into a campsite toilet. There was also a large spider web on the kitchen table lighting. The staff cleaned the web and bathroom, but I continued to see bugs in the bathroom (we did not open the windows) and had to ask for a bug repellent. There was also a notice in the room of ants and that they are harmless and just hungry. One morning, I found an ant on the bed. Also if you happen to leave a single crumb on the floor, you will find a swarm of ants the next day. It seems the place is bug friendly and as my family was all bothered by bugs appearing indoors, this greatly affected our overall stay.

Bikes! Not maintained and the chain kept coming off. I had to push it back from Sirmione. Awful! No oven!

The pool was perfect for my 18mo with a wide shallow bit. Flat like room was very nice as well. And staff was great.

Nothing. Perhaps the pool could have been washed by the robot hoover over night as it was a bit annoying in the morning as it kept chasing us :)
