- Very nice small hotel right by the lake. We were given a fantastic room with a balcony and terrace. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast included. Quiet and clean since the hotel is located in the traffic free zone. Highly recommend and will be back. Off season is best since the town gets crowded in the summer.

- I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had regarding my booking at Hotel Pace.Based on the online description, the hotel appeared to be a suitable and welcoming option for our stay. As our estimated arrival time was around midnight, and the official check-in time was listed as being until 11:00 p.m., I contacted the hotel by phone prior to making the reservation to clarify whether a later check-in would be possible. I was explicitly told by the reception staff that this would not be a problem. I repeated the question to ensure there was no misunderstanding and received the same confirmation. On the basis of this assurance, I proceeded with the booking and clearly mentioned our expected arrival time in the written request, thanking them in advance for receiving us.We were travelling overnight by car from France. Having a 1 hour buffer was essential for our safety which makes the confirmation we received all the more important.Following the booking, however, the email communication from Hotel Pace became confusing, unclear &contradictory. Despite asking firmly and repeatedly-on 3 separate occasions-for a clear yes-or-no answer, we never received a timely or definitive response. At the same time, they didn't reply to our request to cancel the booking if they can't receive us, as said. This situation placed us under unnecessary stress &uncertainty as paying customers. In the hospitality industry-where clarity, reliability &basic courtesy are fundamental-it is not acceptable to leave guests without clear answers, especially when their arrival depends entirely on the hotel’s confirmation. In fact, such treatment would be unacceptable in any service-based industry. As a direct consequence of this lack of communication and responsibility, we paid for a night we were unable to use.
- The shower stall could have been a wee bit bigger.
- The reservation was not what is advertised. No transportation via golf cart was provided. Room was small and two beds were not provided, only one with an open up couch and beds were very hard. No elevator as advertised to the floor your room is on. Family suite was very small and not a suite. We left immediately.

The location was excellent, we had a cute little balcony overlooking the water, it was charming and clean. We would stay here again.
Great location in Sirmione! Our quad family room was larger than expected and had lots of storage - and the most wonderful view. The hotel is central to everything in Sirmone (which is small and walkable). The breakfast was incredible, and the restaurant is right on the water.
Everything was lovely!
Our room was way little dated. The room just needs some minor maintenance attention and some updating but was comfortable. It charming in its own way.
The lobby is modern and updated but the rooms are lagging behind a bit.
It’s in a central location. The room was a decent size. The breakfast was very good.
Even though there is an elevator we still had to carry our bags up about 5 stairs which was a pain.
Balcony view and central
2 friends had to sleep in one bed as they did not have separate beds in the room
We enjoyed our entire stay at Hotel Pace! Breakfast was a very good variety of choices for all preferences, staff were very attentive to all guests needs, and our room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake.
This hotel is small and beautiful. The location is fantastic. It's located next to the water. I wished we would have booked a couple of more nights there.
The location was perfect and staffs were very friendly. Breakfast itself and the place were awesome as well. We had a very nice view over the lake from the balcony. It was also nice that we could use the pool from the other hotel which was 3 mins away by walk.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable.
On site restaurant, beautiful views
Challenging to get to
The whole experience at Hotel Pace was well above expectations! We loved our room with two balconies and stunning views from every window. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Sirmione, within the old town walls, surrounded by a great variety of restaurants. The hotel’s own restaurant was a highlight, with both the food and views being outstanding. Oh, and the breakfast? Absolutely worth mentioning! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sirmione.
Location, breakfast, and staff were all great!
Our AC couldn’t keep up with typical 90s July temps.
Location location .. Right on the center next to the lake. ! Beautiful views of the lake and the room was nicely decorated. Great design touches. We had breakfast included and the breakfast was one of the best we had with a lake view as well. Our room had a balcony as well.
I would have liked the host to be friendlier!
Great Position and lovely breakfast … lovely view of the Lake …
It was in the process of being painted plus paintings/furniture were in process of getting re organised throughout the hotel … hotel staff stressed ….
We really had a great time at this hotel. Food was excellent with a perfect location.
Staff provides a great service. But not friendly for my expectations
The location was good but having to take a shuttle makes an extra step. Breakfast was great and staff friendly
The showers in bathroom need major improvements! Air conditioning is horrible, does not let you control temperature and it was really hot in room
Closeness to the lake, beautiful house with charm and good facilities. Room with balcony on the lake was amazing.
The location is amazing! The staff is super nice and the breakfast is delicious
