I will be back! This was an Amazing place, the staff, location & food were excellent! The view extraordinary!

This place is spectacular!! Loved the thermal pool. Great spa. Great food. Super clean. GREAT location.

Location is excellent and everything else was very bad

The staff is very rude they are not professional and not friendly at all. Rooms and toilets are always dirty even at the check in and always there is a bad smell in the rooms. Body and face massage not up to the standard at all although it is a spa hotel.

We liked the staff, the location, and the room.

I missed Rösti and baked beans at breakfast.

The service, the breakfast, the location and the spa facilities were all perfect.

Spacious , clean , comfortable room. I liked having the security gate - it was a very busy location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The natural spa did have a strong odour of sulphur that was present inside the hotel

Amazing location. The pool (although strong smell of sulphur). Beautifully clean and staff always ensuring it stayed this way. Helpful staff.

Good attentive staff, thermal pool and hotel restaurant food in the evening. I highly recommend the lobster rissoto.

Excellent breakfast lots of choice with freshly cooked food and beautiful selection of fruits and pastries. Lovely coffee choices too

Wonderful location on the lake with spectacular views and relaxing hot spring pool that’s open from 9am to 10pm.Breakfast buffet was outstanding and service was first class. The hotel is literally a few hundred yards from the entrance to the old town of Sirmione, with the city wall, gate and castle just a two minute walk to great restaurants and cafés. The front desk staff were amazing and arranged a local car rental service for us at very short notice. By far our most enjoyable moments were at the buffet breakfast and the hot spring pool.

There is nothing we didn’t like about this hotel.

We was with dog, who was taken care of as other guests: bed, food facilities etc. Perfect view over lake. Very good breakfast.

You have to be used to smell from terme pool , if you want to have a nice lake view

The Spa area is great. The relaxation massage was sensational.

The building is an old construction. The thermal area is split from the spa area and far away from each other.

Very welcoming, and very impressive service.Great location, thermal and all other facilties and specially the staff were all great..And appreciated the Prosecco for our anniversary

The only thing, my wife was hurt, in the thermal pool because of a pointy or sharp thing.

Hospitality note:The stay was overall great, but our last night when we asked to eat at the restaurant it felt like they almost told us it was impossible to eat there despite we were guests.They checked with the restaurant manager and the told us we could go but we didn’t feel like we were welcomed.The food has enormous potential but both our entree were cold unfortunately. The bread basket was huge and generous and I would say humours compared to everything else. I had a surgery the following day and had to be fasting so that was unfulfilling dinner. Thank god for the bread.Overpriced. Portions must be bigger for the cost.

The pool and the breakfast was amazing

- Old TV with no apps or streaming services or option to connect my computer- There should be a sign that no naked people are allowed. There was an old German gentleman who was using the sauna absolutely backed.- The dinner was tasty, but very overpriced as the portions were tiny

The hotel was fantastic, staff so friendly and very accommodating. The location is perfect and the spa is an awesome oasis after some lengthy travel and days out exploring.The breakfast fantastic as well.The entire experience exceeded our expectations and we will be regular visitors in future.

Dining and drinks in the property a little expensive compared to restaurants outside.
