Residence Villaggio Tiglio

We stayed in this apartment for a few days and everything was absolutely fantastic. The place was clean, and fully equipped – everything we needed was there,.. The location was excellent – close to the lake with great view of the mountains . . Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, with quick responses to any questions we had. We especially appreciated the balcony with a lovely view – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

After the rain pool remains closed even when there were only clouds.

Very nice location, nicely furnished.

I expected a dish sponge and dish detergent. We didn't bring any of these with us for our 2 day stay and had a problem.

Pizza was not good despite that it was recommended. Apartment very old and needs better lighting

Property is easy to locate, right on the lake near to Sirmione And peschiera. Swimming pool is clean and plenty of sunbeds. Lake access. Apartment was good it was comfortable and clean with kitchen accessories including microwave and stove. Staff in restaurant were so nice and friendly. Close to train station and bus stop. But I’d recommend hiring a car, bikes will only get you so far you can hire onsite too. Electric and normal. There is a shop for basics and restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner.

That I had to make my own bed upon arrival for the apartment. Paying for sheets and towels, I felt first week should be free second week chargeable. The washing machines needs cleaning more regularly and there was only one to have access to alongside a dryer. No hand given or bathmat towel. Luckily 1 toilet roll was left.

the apartment is nice and clean.

at the check-in, nobody explained to us that the remote for the air conditioning should have been picked up there. So in the middle of the night, it got very hot and we started to search for the remote it in the apartment but could not find it. you have to wear swimming caps in the pool.The sheets for the beds are extra and not in the room when you arrive.the slides and the other things in the pool and playground are partially not well maintained.

Very nice location, kids loved the pool that is inclueded in price. Appartment is comfortable, staff is nice.

The apartment.. I wouldn't give it 3 starThe tilles in bathroom were old and cracked Taps were old and patched upShower semi blocked. We had to pay for towels and sheets which where old dirty and holes in the sheets .I had to ask for wc paper Air con was only in the living room Tv tiny You have to pay for WiFi

Nice location, price value ratio, kind staff

The description should have said that we have to clean the kitchen by ourselves. So we had to buy dish soap, paper towel and sponge. We could have bring these stuff if we had known it.

The small apartments are well located . Man can take a very nice sight to the lake.

The internet network was very bad.There were many ants in the rooms.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and area is quiet by the lake, very nice location for a relaxing holiday. Services are also good including pool, restaurant and shop.

A wonderful view from the apartment to the lake. Very peaceful place despite the many tourists in the campsite. Order and cleanliness. It's great that we can be with our pet too

The location was very good. Just by the lake with a nice view on Lake Garda and mountains. The staff was nice.

There was a bad smell coming from the back of the refrigerator. Looked like some kind of old condensate water/grease/fat. Lots of mosquitos. The entrance of the lake could be better, not very tempting place to swim.

staff was very friendly and play area was great for young children

There were so many bugs and spiders the apartment was like being in a tent. The bugs had an easy way in ad there was a hole in the front door.

Localization was ok and the view from our appartment was great (but it depends on the appartment location). The swimming pool was fine and clean. The staff at the reception was super nice and friendly.

The appartment was not very clean and all the equipment was old. The pictures in the offer was very far from reality. We also had to clean the appartment before check out using the detergents or pay 25 eur for the cleaning service what was not mentioned in the offer. Luckily we were only two nights.

Inside the area is nice part for kids to play, and restoran.

The furniture is old and in poor condition, especialy beds for kids.For bed linen you need to pay extra money, some for the towels, and they are in poor condition, old and insufficiently clean.

The appartment was cosy, terrace perfect with some lawn to play at the front. The pool was perfect..

The beach - there is actually no beach so no chance to relax at the lake. We read it here and that is why we had no expectations (and we stayed there for Gardaland not for the beach), but…for a summer family time this might be a big minus of the camp.

There is not even soap and toilet paper.

Everything is old and worn out, the beds are very bad, the surroundings are terrible!!!
