Hotel Villa Pagoda

Perfect place to stay near one of the best parts of the Garda lake. Just in a few minutes walk from the beautiful coast line. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. And a buge plus was a private parking in the front of the hotel. We really like our stay.

A warm greeting by the very friendly family. We enjoyed staying at their quirky family home - now hotel. Appreciated their invitation to leave our car there whilst we explored beautiful Sirmione. Would recommend as a place to stay.

Great location so didn’t need car at night. Parking was within the hotel grounds. Vintage appearance but had everything we needed. Kettle and fridge.

The owner is a very nice lady! Her daughter made a video to help us check in, despite the fact that we arrived late at night. The rooms are clean and tidy! There are tables in the courtyard where you can sit and chat with friends! Everything is very nice and neat! Lots of greenery!

Very close to the beach and 2km from the Sirmione castle. Very friendly staff, basic supplies in the room (tea, kettle, water). Very convenient park place (valuable in this location).

The place needs refreshment inside the rooms. Air conditioning did not work (likely it would be fixed with a longer stay). We had a basement room with the usual attractions (like a small lizard).

The owner was lovely!! It's a family owned hotel. The location is good, next to the beach and restaurants. Very easy to get to from the highway. Outside parking space available on the garden of the house. Our room was quiet, air conditioned and large. The housekeeping staff knocked on all the rooms to make sure we had everything we needed before her shift finished. She gave us two extra pillows. The hotel does not have a restaurant. It's a 30 minutes beautiful walk to the castle. We had dinner there and walked back. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to the castle. You have to visit it. It's very beautiful and the vibe there is amazing. It's very safe to walk at night. We had a good night's sleep as the hotel is very quiet. The owner will allow you to leave your car and bags after check out time..so you can explore and come back later. She was wonderful.

Just note that there is no lift ( understandably as it was an old house). You have to wait a while for the hot water. Just keep it running a bit before you get in the shower.

Very polite staff and owner. Did everything to make the visit as good as possible. Could check in early and good parking.. Did even fill upp the water, coffe and tea on the afternoon.

Right by the lakeside with restaurants nearby and free parking onsite. The staff are very nice and friendly, and the room was overall good (a bit dated but that is the Italian standard). We walked to the castle in around 20/25 minutes. Our room also had a nice balcony on top.

It was all stairs, and rather narrow at the top. Makes it a bit uncomfortable to lift up luggage or if you have small children.

The beach is really close, yet, the hotel is not right in front of the main road, so it is not noisy. It has a nice garden too, it's very calm there. The town is around a 25 min walk far from the hotel, but there is a bus station nearby or a bike rent very close. There are good restaurants and gelateria nearby.

What a lovely little hotel! Perfect location, 2 min walk to the water and great restaurants and a 15 min walk or short bus ride to the old town. The room was spotless, the shower was hit and powerful and the staff were lovely. Free parking and a relaxing courtyard to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink.

Both the AC and the mini fridge made noise while running at niyao that we woke up repeatedly.Shower cabin is ridiculously small. A normal size person cannot fit inside and be able to wash.

Best location, 2 min walk to the beach (with cayak and catamaran rent) Fantastic views. Spacious parking. Good working air conditioners. Super clean and pleasant people work here. The best gelato just across the road. 15 min walk to old town, also there is a shuttle bus stop close to the hotel.We had a great pleasure to stay at Villa Pagoda. Thank you ???

Parking, location, personnel.

Top floor room is turned South-West. Walls were absolutely radiating heat, very hot to the touch, not just warm. AC unit is absolutely ancient and didn't work well at all. It couldn't even keep up at night, barely blew any cold air.The room was genuinely about 28-29 degrees, impossible to sleep in.Only one window, so no chance of changing the air/temperature by aerating the room woth draft.As a warning, though we were told and goven the chamce to switch, this is not a complaint, bathroom has about 1.6-1.7m tall ceiling.
