    Pros +

    • A great hotel in an ideal location with an amazing view and ample car parking. A great restaurant, bar and pool to enjoy and a short walk into the old town. We had a great restaurant experience with food, wine and the staff.
    • Everything was perfect. From the staff, to the surrounding nature and the cleaniness of the object. The breakfast was great as well. I would recommend it to everyone, and will be back!
    • Nice breakfast, very convenient location and parking.

    Cons -

    • It was pretty noisy at night from the nearby road, the bathroom was outdated (although very clean) and the shower was very small
    • I would love to see a mini fridge with freezer.
    • The room was very warm, the air conditioner was not controlled in room. The bed was ok but the pillows were flat and hard. Simple room no decorations like paint or art on walls. Breakfast was ok. Must have on mosquito protection.

The property is beautiful. It has a beautiful pool with lounge chairs. Very well maintained. The staff were so helpful and kind. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The view is beautiful. The room was a great size and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. You can get dinner at the hotel but you have to book a reservation before 6pm to be able to eat dinner. The hotel has a ramp to wheel your luggage up and an elevator. Parking is onsite and free. Quick 6-7 minute walk to Castle.I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

I would love to see a mini fridge with freezer.

Location was very convenient to old town Sirmione and on the edge of the lake. Pool was a nice way to end the day. Room size was nice with a small balcony. The beach at the end of town, Jamaica Beach, had clear clean water with rock.

The room was very warm, the air conditioner was not controlled in room. The bed was ok but the pillows were flat and hard. Simple room no decorations like paint or art on walls. Breakfast was ok. Must have on mosquito protection.

A bit old, but so nice and cozy hotel, definitely cost their price. Amazing and super comfortable parking, great personnel, good (but quite cold) swimming pool, nice courtyard with grass and sunbeds. Not far away (10 min. walking) from the downtown, and also good restaurant inside. The breakfasts was also good. Overall, nice value / cost balance.

Everything was great, there were many options for breakfast, all delicious, there was free parking, the location is great, there was a pool...

Great location to reach Sirmione center, castle and grotto by foot. Free inclusive parking provided on site, and we could leave the car until the afternoon next day (when already checked out of the room) - greatly appreciated! Nice little pool and direct access to the lake. Though the beach was not very suitable for swimming because of the slippery stones, we did enjoy being so close to the lake and watching the birds from the big windows during breakfast - it was like having your coffee to a strip of National Geographic - fantastic! Btw, also breakfast was great, large variety and tasty.

The matress was too hard for my taste, but my husband found it okay - so that's a matter of taste. Our room was a rather small triple, but since we stayed only for one night, this was not a problem. For longer stays, might be nicer to ask for a bit bigger room I guess.

Great location within 7- 10 min walk from historic city with free parking.Room was very small maybe there are bigger ones and the balcony was not usable but they have a great outdoor and pool rea by the lake. Breakfast was great and plenty of cappuccinos made to order! Staff was kind and prompt to help with information.

Mini fridge was a joke, could only place 4 cans of drinks and a few small items in it, I think it's a small motor home one. Could not open balcony doors at night due to mosquitos but that's not something they can control.

The best part of the hotel is the location. You can easily walk to the Sirmione island in the middle of Lake Garda. And you have free parking at the hotel. (The parking lots near the hotel charge around €20 per day, and they're usually full. During our stay, traffic police prevented people from driving close to the island because all the parking spots are full. You have to arrive either before 9:30 AM or find parking 3+ kilometers away.) But you get to skip all that nonsense because you have a hotel reservation!! (Although, you still have to fight all the traffic to get to the hotel.)In addition, the breakfast is very good. They provide a variety of breads, pastries, yogurts, cereals, juices, sliced meats, eggs, and bacon - standard Italian breakfast. The dining room has a great view of the lake where we saw swans, ducks, and the occasional fish jump. The hotel has a swimming pool and plenty of lounge chairs. The room is okay. Size is standard for the area. WiFi is decent, but can be slow in the rooms. Shower is hot with good water pressure. Bed is comfortable.

We received the hotel room facing the road, so it was noisy from the street traffic. Also, not the most privacy with the window curtains open because of all the foot traffic. The A/C is very weak. At night, it will eventually reach the desired temperature before the sun comes up; but during the day, the A/C loses the battle with the heat from the sun. (And we stayed the first few days in May! Good luck in the summer.) There are quite a lot of bugs, so don't open the windows at night - especially with the lights on. There were also spiders in the ceiling corners, waiting for all those bugs to get in. They didn't bother us, but it's not the cleanest hotel.

The room was basic but clean. The location just outside the historic area was good with plenty of parking. Breakfast was the usual substantial buffet.

The room lacked in-room coffee/tea making facilities that I enjoyed at other hotels.

We like the location, the staff is very pleasure, the breakefast is good.

There is not kettle and some cups in room. It would be good to make a cup of tea.

From arriving we were warmly greeted and advised generally where to visit, and supplied maps etc. Room was spot on...overlooking the lake with various wildlife in close proximity. A short walk to the top of the peninsula, whete the magic awaits.Breakfast was lovely, the waiting staff, housekeepers and receptionists were so welcoming. Looking forward to returning. Thank you so much

If you want to pay for accommodation where most of the staff (men) have no manners whatsoever, and the owner himself (I don't know if he was the owner, but he was the boss of the receptionist), then pay! In my case, there was an incident during cleaning when they broke a bottle of wine inside my suitcase. It was definitely an accident, but the cleaning person simply left the wine dripping in my suitcase and put it in the bathroom, without even having the decency to notify me or try to contact me. I lost money, damaged personal items and, worst of all, my passport was completely damaged. The hotel did nothing to help me with the situation, other than saying that I was the one who left the broken wine (damaging everything). They blamed the guest and if it weren't for the receptionist (the only polite and empathetic person in the hotel), I would have had to clean my suitcase myself, which was all wet with wine. At no point did I ask for money or the wine back, I JUST ASKED FOR HELP to clean my things and what I received in return was rudeness and rude people (with the exception of the receptionist). I have pictures of all my damaged things (which according to the hotel was me who left my passport all afternoon wet with wine). If you want to be treated well, this is not the place.

Great location with good breakfast, nice pool and private pier. Close to Sirmione old town and the room was nice.

No nearby supermarkets or convenience stores was a bit annoying, the hotel restaurant had to be booked before 6pm, meaning we couldn't eat there when we checked in at 20:30. Note the local bus doesn't stop outside the property from September meaning we had to walk all the way up to Sirmione to get the shuttle.

The location was excellent. The scenery was stunning. The room was plain but comfortable. Breakfast and staff hospitality very good.

    7LorettoPosted on: 9-27-2024

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, staff very friendly and helpful, close proximity to many amenities.

Shower head needed attention, no plugs in the bedrooms for charging devices, had to charge phones in the bathroom socket.

    8StevePosted on: 9-19-2024

The pool was lovely with a great view of the lake. There is also a grassy area to sit by the lake and outside tables and chairs. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was lovely.

We had a side view so not such a great view. the balcony was too small to sit on and there were many flies and mosquitos which meant we couldn't have the door open.
