For what I paid, 100 euros per night, thanks to the low season, plus their free upgrade for us from the basic room to a room with a balcony, it was outstanding! Real 4-star Hotel located in paradise.

Made you feel like home. Everyone is very welcoming and the buffet breakfast is amazing. Now selection and variety of food options. The lobby bar had great drinks too.

Staff were friendly and helpful, they recommended local shopping & restaurants and were happy to oblige our questions regarding parking. We chose to stay an extra night after seeing the property

We tried to reserve a spot for the spa hot tub, it was located right next to our room. Although the hotel appeared completely empty they could not get us a reservation the first day and on the second they said it was “closed”. We booked partially for the spa and this was disappointing

good breakfast, nice pool, very friendly staff. Conveniently located close to main attractions, the hotel provides lot of parking space and an underground parking as well.

Interior is outdated and it kind of needs some renovation.

Absolutely worst hotel I’ve ever been too, the pictures don’t match the hotel please please do not go, I booked at 3pm went at 4pm they were not willing to do a refund absolute scam artist I advice against this hotel whole heartedly

We loved staying at your wonderful hotel. Everything was great but the staff were especially fabulous. Our breakfast was stupendous and the entire hotel was sparkling clean. We will be sure to stay with you again when we are in Sirmione. Thank you for a wonderful two days. Ruth Dry

Could do with a bit of new furniture, that would be my only recommendation as it has so much potential to be even better with fresh modern furnishing. Rooms look a bit outdated but not a big deal.

The staff was professional and quite helpful. The location was good, the peninsula was not very close but could be reached with a nice walk by the lakeside.

The green beam at the ceiling might be a bit annoying during night but if you turn your back, it is ok.

Everything ? the hotel was spotless clean and although we stayed in a standard room we still had a lake view and it had everything we needed and as I said was very clean. We also had a lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers which we used on one day of our holiday as there is so much to do outside of the hotel we didn’t have time to sunbathe. We honestly can’t fault the hotel.The staff always had a smile and a big hello and went above and beyond to help with any questions we had and were extremely helpful helping us organise trips etc.All in all we wouldn’t hesitate to return.Hotel is a little out of the way from the centre of Sirmione(about 20mins walk) but a short 5 min walk and there is a bus stop where the shuttle bus stops and for 2 euros takes you right down to the castle entrance and into the Old town which is beautiful.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the pool facilities were beautiful and the breakfast and gluten free options were great! The bar and food was very reasonably priced too. The rooms had easy to use air con and the beds were comfy, they had everything you needed all the basics and the hotel and facilities were extremely clean and tidy. The mini bar was complimentary on Arrival but then wasn’t refilled.

I expected more from a 4 star hotel, there were alot of little things that just disappointed us, the rooms were smaller than expected and the decor in the rooms were outdated, they provided paper cups in plastic wrapping and no spoons to make hot drinks in the room, Which seemed very wasteful and not the environmentally friendly and not very 4 star! We often had to ask for more toilet roll, sugar and milk as this was either not replaced or they only provided 1/2 sachets. There were only 2 plugs in room, neither of which were next to the beds so it was difficult to charge phones and tablets etc. The maids were extremely slow, with cleaning of the rooms still being carried out to 3pm, there was alot of older people at the hotel who may of wanted to take an afternoon nap and this would of made it difficult to do so. It seemed you were allowed to make a reservation for specific tables for breakfast which seemed strange as it made it very difficult to actually find a table at breakfast. breakfast staff were not as bubbly and helpful as the rest of the team. Several times we had to wander around to try and find an available, unreserved seat. It would be much better to just do first come first serve and keep reservations only if you are not in a big group.As the bar wasn’t refilled it was difficult to get access to bottled water while at the hotel without leaving your room.

Received a very warm welcome & lady at the desk was so so helpful in helping us with our travel plans.. The hotel was spotless & breakfast was good.

Great breakfast, so much choice. Good-sized rooms with a large balcony. Helpful staff on reception. The pool area was nice too with a good amount of shade.

Modern, clean and bright. Pool was excellent and although it’s small we could always get a lounger. Food at breakfast was lovely.

Reception staff were so helpful and restaurant staff also very friendly. Fabulous breakfast.

The swimming pool is nice and the airco is new.

The crowd, the hotel is very outdated, the beds are seriously bad. There is a lot of choice for breakfast but the quality is poor
