The breakfast was great with good availability of food. Great location in the middle of town with good dinner opotunities around. The bar is overlooking the lake and great place to sit and have a sundowner. The outdoor thermal pool is great too.

The hotel is a bit dated and could do with a renovation. We were told that the hotel was running a special promotion (not for us as we had booked in advance) which meant that the Spa and thermal pool was very busy in the evening. This meant it was difficult to use the sauna and steam room. I know that what is acceptable public affectional behaviour differes from one culture to another. However we found that some of the visting couples behaviour in the thermal pool was inappropriate especially since the pool was very busy. Looking around I dont think we were the only ones who felt this way. The next day we went early afternoon and the Spa was less busy and had less of a nightclub atmosphere.

We had an issue with water in a shower- 7.30 in the morning I got in a shower and pressure slowly decreased to the point when there was no water whatsoever. After a call to the front desk with no explanation to what was happening they advised the plumber starts his shift at 8AM and we can only wait. Only 20 min later we heard water started to flow, brown and yellow...I was able to wash off shampoo finally. Clearly there was some maintenance work going on, and the staff should have planned it better in terms of communication to the guests and timing... no apology was also offered

WOW! Second stay and did not disappointed!! Excellent customer service, value, the breakfast is one of the best breakfast buffets I had, plenty of hot and cold food choices, the spa included is a bonus!!

This hotel claims to be 4* - it was certainly not that. I would say 3*. The facilities were acceptable - but the place is bit run down and needs touching up.

Nice location with many restaurants nearby. The spa and heated swimming pool area are very nice Sunset at the lobby bar

Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Bar area/service excellent. Spa was wonderful. Fantastic location. The taxi cost 100 euros from verona city centre it will drop you off at the taxi rank and then it's a 5 min walk across the draw bridge to the hotel. Room was comfortable apart from issues below. Fresh towels each day.

Bin had not been emptied in bathroom on arrival but was sorted quickly. Our main issue was the strong sulphur smell from the Spa's thermal waters which occupied the whole building. Asked to be moved to the another room but they could not accommodate this. This did spoil our stay and had to sleep with window/door open as it was so strong. No heating in room but they gave us a blanket.A kettle would have been nice.No courtesy room which is odd for a 4* hotel

What a beautiful hotel! With an elegant grandeur reminiscent of old Italia, Hotel Sirmione Terme continues in the proud tradition of providing service, comfort, relaxation and luxury, with some of the most stunning views and historical significance on Lago di Garda. The daily breakfast was fresh, delicious, and abundant, and well worth the cost, and the staff, from the concierge to the maid service, were wonderful, friendly and efficient. Thank you for a lovely week!

Amazing Therme and breakfast Great location

Everything was great . The only disappointing moment was when I was on the terrace and I was waiting 30min to get served. After I stood up and told the waiter , this is unacceptable. Instead of apologizing, the bold waiter was very rude and shouting loud , that they had a big table and I was lying about the wait. This was shocking and disrespectful! Other than that , the property was great , but it does need some Spa maintenance in my opinion.

The spa and pool were wonderful, as was the balcony off our room. Breakfast was amazing.

It could be cleaner (dirty balcony) and polished/updated.

The quality of food and the prices at the restaurant were not good. Expensive and not good quality. Although I would have loved to have eaten there every day, I went out to have dinner.

The location is really nice. The hotel was very clean, with spacious rooms. Pillows and mattresses were excellent. At our arrival we became a discount voucher for the restaurant and it was absolutely worth it to go. The service was impeccable so was the food, we really enjoyed that evening. You can take breakfast at the terrace and it is really nice with the views to de lake. Breakfast was good for a hotel of this category. Spa was excellent. Also the treatments I enjoyed with my daughter. I missed that it stayer for may be one or to hours longer.

Prior to my arrival I had an email exchange with the hotel regarding the time to leave the parking space, as I wanted to rent a boat trip. The did not reply promptly and they only answered my questions after insisting several times. Ones I had the hole info, the trip was fully booked and we missed our chance. Staff in person is really nice, however on email they are a bit dry, might be due to their amount of work, but hey, other Hotels manage it perfectly. I missed some kettle with tea and so on in the room. Would have been nice.

The staff is not helpful enough, service is very slow.

The location is fabulous. We could walk anywhere. The breakfast was stupendous. Wonderful choices and so fresh. We loved the spas and the pool.

The property could be refreshed a bit. There was some mold at the bottom of the shower walls. Wood furniture and stairwells need to be polished. Flooring could be replaced. One lifeguard (shorter, caucasian man) was a bit harsh with the kids. The other two lifeguards were super nice.

Fantastic original hotel right in the center of Sirmione! Spa was fantastic as were all the staff. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Gorgeous views of the lake. Right at the ferry.

-Staff members they are not helping -cars can’t reach the hotel which is not good option for the group of families have many bags - receptions staff not informed us that we have to book shuttle for checkout Even i passed by them early morning they didn’t inform During check out The city is exposed to a severe rainstorm and they didn’t hep us in our bags as we are family of 12 person and we have around 15 bags We carried our bags alone along long way to parking in v bad weather
