You are only a 15 minute walk away from Rocca Scaligera and the heart of Sirmione. Having your own parking spot at the hotel is so useful and a must in this busy area.The hotel itself is neat and tidy and has its own private access to Lake Garda. The breakfast spread is really good too.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the nice breakfast. The location and the sea view from the garden and the balcony.

The rooms could have been a bit bigger.

Hotel is very close to the castle and old town and private parking is a bonus. Room was simple and without much of the decorations, but the extremely helpful and nice staff made my stay comfy and pleasant.

Thin wall's you can hear everything from next doorAnd the thing that you have to call for the door to open after twelve at night reminds me of my teen-age year's.Can't open the door to go to the balcony because of the thousands of mosquitoes witch apparently don't bite.

Room was clean, Great Lake side area with grass.

By 8:45 breakfast was already gone and they didn’t refill it. We had no mirror in our room.

Beautiful location, with its own beach and pontoon. We actually braved a swim in the lake and were provided beach towels. The hot chocolate after was much appreciated.The room was spotless and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice.Would definitely stay again.

Lovely staff, great location, wonderful views and comfortable.

The hotel is very well situated and a mere 15 minute walk to the Medieval Castle and shops/bars/restaurants. 15 minutes the other way takes you to the boat hire providers. The hotel was immaculate. The breakfast was superb. Service was excellent. As a family hotel, it meant the staff all cared.

My only challenge was there were millions of TV channels and BBC News was the only channel for English speakers

Location was impeccable, private garden right on the lake with a jetty and sun loungers. Perfect spot to be away from the crowds of the old town but close enough to walk in for dinner/drinks. Room was basic but clean and comfortable with a balcony which looked over the lake. Staff were wonderful and very attentive. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. Value for money good compared to other hotels in the area at this price point.

Opportunity to further modernise the bathroom/room however this did not deter from our stay.

The fact it was a family run hotel made it very special. You really were made to feel special and made every effort to make your stay extremely comfortable.the property was immaculately clean.Breakfast was all fresh produce an added bonus to enjoy outside in the garden area. It was directly on the lake sunloungers perfect for lazy days a jetty for easy access for swimming the view of the sunsets were incredible.

The view was amazing. The beach was very calm and quiet and the staff was very nice.

We had a room with lovely lake view. Room was very clean and comfortable.

It was very hot and sunny. The lounge area outside could be improved with some sun shades.

The AC was not strong enough to cool down our roomThe interior and furniture of the room would need some love to make the room as welcoming as the garden area.We have not used the second area with the couch in our room at all because it is very dark

The location was amazing. It is located in the middle of the „island“, so you are in the center and on the roads in just a few minutes. A highlight was definitely the garden with direct lake access and the possibility to have breakfast outside. It was the perfect place for a weekend hideaway!
