Hotel Casa Scaligeri

It was a very hot day and air conditioning was wonderful. Beds softest we’ve had in Italy. Room was more spacious than anticipated.

Incredible location right in the heart of Sirmione. They have a very organized shuttle that picks you up from a secured parking lot outside the historic center. The space is fresh and clean. Tanina and all the staff were so warm, gracious, and extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants or sight seeing. Every place we ate that she suggested was delicious. The included breakfast at a cafe around the corner (literally a few steps only) was incredible. Served at a table and many selections of food plus coffees, fresh juice, etc.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sirmione. The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean, and the hotel felt like a new renovated property. The reception staff were fantastic and friendly, assisting us with recommendations and reservations. The breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Perfect location in the very center of Sirmione. Hotel is super clean. Staff goes above and beyond attending to your every request. They literally walk you everywhere you need to go in town. Very convenient arrangement if you drive in. Free parking and they drive you into ZTL. Best full breakfast we had in Italy also!

The hotelIs lovely and convenient to everything in Sirmione. The staff is unparalleled! Tanina is amazing , gracious and so helpful. Other staff as well. Every suggestion made by the hotel staff was fabulous…wonderful thermal spa and the most fabulous restaurants. The included breakfast is fantastic . Sirmione is beautiful and we’ll be back all the way from San Diego and we’ll stay here!!!

Very friendly staff, supporting our staying and visits with nice recommendations. Parking is outside downtown but it is managed very easily to get there.

Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness! The host "Tanini" went out of her way making sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. She recommended places to visit and resturant with authentic Italian food. The location is prime, the transfers were smooth and the breakfast served in a nearby resturant and amazing! We loved the attention to details in the room. We highly recommend and definitely will go back again!

The customer service of Tanina and staff was off the charts! They were so welcoming and helpful when it came to helping us plan our daily itinerary - everything from making dinner reservations for us to walking us to breakfast, booking the spa experience for us and getting us on the correct ferries to enjoy the many towns on the lake. We appreciated their attention to detail!

The wonderful service made up for the fact that the room we selected (double) was quite small. We were looking forward to finally unpacking our bags and settling in but there was nowhere to put our clothing aside from a small hanging rack. But we were still comfortable!

1. The hotel room is modern design, much better than the average outdated hotel design in the area.2. The hotel staff Tanina & Nicola are very helpful, they did their best to make sure our stay are satisfactory and enjoyable.Thank you very much. ❤️

Property is modern; room & bathroom is big. Location is excellent. Must try the hotel property’s Michelin star restaurant. It’s a great perk for the hotel guests. It was one of the best meals we had in Italy.

The parking. They don’t have enough staff to bring us back to parking area after checked out. But it’s property summer time only.

This hotel goes out of its way to make sure you have a special stay in Sirmione. From a great breakfast, perfect recommendations for meals and activities for our family, rooms well positioned, we could not have been happier with our stay.

There is nothing particularly special about the building - no gym, pool, etc. The value is from the location and the service that you get from being there.

The staff was amazing. Sobhelpful. They literally walked us to our boat trip and restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was at the cafe around the corner and very good.

Not a single complaint about this place. The staff are some of the most helpful we've come across - Great recommendations/advice, great communication and super friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped and air conditioned. The location and breakfast are also excellent.

The staff were super helpful, great location in the middle of the old town and added bonus of free sunbeds at Jamaica beach.

Tanina at reception was phenomenal, warm, extremely knowledgeable and well organized, very personable and full of useful info that enabled us to optimize our visit in the Garda region. The higher end restaurants she recommended were exactly to our taste. Parking was very convenient and the noise from the crowds outside was well controlled in our room. The breakfasts were wonderful. We liked the idea of the hotel’s arrangement with a great restaurant for breakfast across the street.

Sermione is wall-to-wall tourists, so the ambient noise level is high - day and night. It’s hard to keep the windows open.
