Excellent location My balcony was perfect for me as I am a solo traveler looking for coziness good average breakfast free parking and nice lake around

I did not receive a message from the hotel to tell me about the code of entrance only some of the hotel guests help me to open the door and show me the way

modern structure, very big room, very quiet hotel, extremely clean and comfortable, very professional and kind personnel.

Just would be great to have a bigger selection for breakfast, but this is really a minir comment.

We stayed only for 1 night, wished it was more! Super efficient check in and lovely rooms which had everything in place. The owner went above and beyond to take us into Baden Baden so we could visit the delightful Christmas market. Breakfast was plentiful and relaxed. This truly is a gem of a hotel and we look forward to another visit. The location is stunning also, a quiet residential area on the edge of the Black Forest. 10/10

The bed and pillow are in very poor condition and quality. Breakfast is the same every day and there is a small selection of dishes. If you are not the first to arrive, there will be no croissants or sausages, they do not add them anymore

Very nice, clean and calm place with a view of the mountain lake. Good breakfast and nice people. Comfortable beds and cosy restaurant.

Excellent location, clean and tidy, friendly staff

Quiet location but as we were on loud motorcycles was conscious we had to ride through a housing estate. Also extremely quiet if you want that.

We had booked 2 single beds and got a double with two duvets. Now I’ve my pal for nearly 40 years but sleeping on a double bed together was weird. Was the only thing to let the stay down although id say pretty minor.

An excellent transit hotel in a surprisingly nice and quiet environment not far from Highway No. 5. Hassle-free late check-in. Excellent restaurant. Rich breakfast buffet.

Beautiful property with comfortable rooms. Very quiet location. Good breakfast, we also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. The staff for both the hotel & restaurant were very kind & attentive. Everything was very clean.

They had changed our room (one number scrubbed out and another written), though the room they then put us in was made up for only 1 person. So 1 bottle of water, 1 pack of welcome sweets, 1 towel, I pillow and a single duvet. This caused confusion and embarrassment on both parts trying to rectify. But it got sorted and we slept well.

Check in was a mess. Instructions stated to go to restaurant if checking in after 4PM, however the day we arrived the restaurant was closed. Thankfully some other guests returned whilst we were trying to figure out what to do and let us inside, where we grabbed our room key left on the reception desk. So make sure that the restaurant will be open that day if you are going to be a little later arriving

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. Outside dining area was great.

Fabulous room and hotel in a nice location, but too far from the town and other amenities. Ideal for a quiet break.

Location too isolated. Staff efficient but lacking the human touch. More or less ignored on check out.

This hotel is perfect for a short stay. Close to Baden-Baden it is a perfect spot for a great rest after a long day. The hotel rooms are spacious and very cosy. Bathroom has a bath which makes nice for relaxing. The breakfast is very good and the host makes sure there is always food available for the guests. The restaurant is closed but will open soon again with a new cook. The hotel is extra quiet so if you are planning on relaxing and having a peaceful night, this is the place.

Coffee/tea machines in the room would be nice.

Nature of surroundings. Very nice waterfall and cave in front of hotel. Hotel clean, stuff very warm and nice.

Restaraunt not working. I like german food, so i miss this oportunity to have supper. And around there are no close restaurants. But breakfast was served as normal.

Very comfortable room, clean and most likely recently refurbished. Quiet and warm.The location was very nice with a convenient parking right in front of the rooms.Probably the fastest check in, I have ever had, the key was just left ready for us at the (unattended) reception.The staff we met (in the morning) did not speak english however they were still very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately there was no staff in the afternoon and the restaurant was closed on the day we arrived (Wednesday). This was not very clear when we reserved via Booking, but it's clearly stated on the website of the hotel.Still there was nowhere to ask where we could get some food nor some fliers or other info, but luckily we found a very good pizzeria with delivery service!

The property was spotlessly cleancomfortable bed, good breakfast and 15 minutes drive to the airport Arrived after 6pm so had a key code to get in the building and room key waiting on reception
