stunning location, wonderful lake swimming and walks round the lake, including to Annecy. Good aircon and decent sized family room. Choice of two (very good but expensive)restaurants and plenty of others nearby.

The bar is extremely expensive (tho it’s partly this whole area in high season). Pool has fantastic views but it and the number of sun loungers is small given the number of guests the hotel can accommodate.

We had the off site apartment and the view was exceptional. It was perfect for a relaxing time. Close to the bike trail so it was perfect for us

I absolutely loved my time at the hotel. Everything was wonderful, the bed, mattress, and pillows were very comfortable, and the view from the room was amazing. I always appreciate having a coffee machine in the room. The garden and pool areas were very beautiful. The pool was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a magnificent view of the lake. And the staff were very friendly. I will definitely come back here again!

Beautiful location in Sevier. Nice room and had a good meal at their outdoor restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent most of our time in the garden and visiting Annency. The room was clean and comfortable but did have a bit of a strange smell. The garden overlooking the lake was absolutely beautiful and the flowers and landscaping with the different seating areas were all wonderful. The weather was hot and sunny so it was a shame that the pool wasn't opened a little earlier. We also found the hot tub usage quite expensive. We would have loved to use it but 18€pp for an hour was a bit expensive for the time.

The apartment was amazing. It was spacious, very clean and supplied with everything you need for your stay. The views over the lake and the mountains are spectacular. There is a private underground garage and a cycle store if needed. The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful.

Location and staff were all great.

We were woken many times during the night by people knocking on doors then setting off car alarms in the car park around 3-5am and the disco music went on until 3am sadly there didn't seem to be any staff around to report to.

Perfect location halfway from Geneva Airport to ski slopes .

At breakfast no hot scrambled egg and only 3 cold sausages left at 8.50. No big deal for us however.

The location was perfect to relax and see the lake, but near enough to Annecy to see the old town. Manuel on the front desk was amazing he sorted out my booking error and was so helpful all the time we were there. Breakfast was exceptional and the 3 course set menu in the evening tremendous value at only 25 Euros. The pool was fantastic and great to use even in late October.

Rooms were a little small and dated. Bed was firm and mattress a little lumpy. Had some bad nights sleep.

Location was 10/10 with some of the best views of lake Annecy. Clean room with a great view and a price that I found extremely reasonable.

Overpriced and did not fulfil the promise.

Room was small, sparse and you could hear everything from the adjoining rooms. Carpet was old and not very clean - needed replacing. Not at all romantic. Immediately on booking on Booking.com we were asked for payment and told if we didn't the room wouldn't be guaranteed, even though we had committed to pay via Booking.com who had our credit card details. The whole interior of the hotel needed a revamp badly. View to lake was lovely. We walked into Annecy in 45 mins.

Location, pool, food

Beautifully situated for views of the lake and accessible paths for walking and cycling.

I thought the staff were a bit stand offish.

Location was great with our room overlooking the lake and with a balcony.

The size of the room was just about big enough to fit a double bed. No wardrobe to hang anything and the balcony was likewise tiny. Quality of products in the room were mediocre. Breakfast was a miserable affair with the breakfast products laid out haphazardly around the large room and poor variety.

The hotel location and view are amaizing. The breakfast is nice. Quiet room with a great bathroom. Free Parking. The front desk and breakfast fast were polite and friendly.

The parking is small and get full very fast, expeciality during the evening when the hotel's restaurant is open for everybody.

Amazing views of mountains and lake from the room, really helpful and friendly staff, and the restaurant had lovely food and wine!

The view from the room, deck, sauna and pool was incredible. It was a peaceful stay. The breakfast was excellent. The walk into town is pleasant, however driving into town and parking is quite difficult. It was perfect for a weekend trip.

The online communication could use some improvement. The staff were really friendly and helpful in person but I kept on having mix-ups online. In one case, I had checked in and received my key in the afternoon. At around 10 that evening, I got an annoyed voicemail and email saying that the check in is closed and that they would have to make some special arrangement to get me my key. It was if I was inconveniencing them. Very odd.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasurable, Emmanuel was incredible. Swimming pool and lounge area was really great with fantastic views.
