Modern, clean hotel with great amenities and very friendly staff. Views were great. Breakfast was great; tremendous, quality selection. Parking was convenient.

Location was a little far from the beach I’m for a hotel names Es Trenc. Also a little far from shops and restaurants, especially if you don’t want to drive.

Amazing property uniquely situated. 0cean on 3 sides, fresh air, feels like you are sailing into calm waters. Perfect climate. Super food. All were so friendly.

Was brand new hotel, wonderful stuff and very clean

Excessive price for very small rooms even not comfortable for two people

Staff were incredible- so much attention to detail and focus on experience. Pool area is beautiful, rooftop is beautiful, great breakfast

NothingBooking.com reservation said king bed- this was not our case as it wasn’t available. We had 2 twins that were put together after we addressed it

There was no light in the hotel on 21 July from 9pm till midnight maintenance is not good lift was not working and room keys also bad experience

electricity blackout for 3 hours resulting in no Ac and no water for 3 hours and when it came back ac and water were back but no hot water for more hours causing discomfort.

The location, parking and the buffet and the service

The swimming pool and having a parking lot.The balcony was also a plus

The shower splattered lots of water while taking a shower. The water was also super salty, even just when brushing your teeth.The elevator took ages everytime you needed to go up and down.

The room was excellent and the cleaning staff for exceptional. I had breakfast and dinner and the food was fresh, well presented and extremely good value for money. The staff were attentive and kind.

The person in the room next to me smoked on his balcony and due to the wind from the sea the smoke kept blowing into my room. A few times I was unable to sit on my balcony.

The Breakfast was exceptional & nothing was too much trouble. Delicious "sin gluten" bread & croissants too!

I requested a room as high up as possible and that is exactly what I was Given. A room on the top floor 10 stories up no less. What a view!!!! The pool was so clean and so blue and fantastic for swimming full lengths. I really enjoyed swimming in it every day. Ignore the green algae pool shown on Google Earth this must have been during Covid! The room was quite adequate as were the facilities and breakfast. I great stay and a good base with lovely coastal walks in both direction. You can walk for miles and miles.

I could not find a full size spoon for the cereal at breakfast. This is my only niggle so for the money a great stay.

Very disappointed with the bar area.For the size of the area very in inviting area, with a pool table as entertainment, lighting at night to bright, poor drinks selection.Suggest interior designer to make an inviting Bar area leading on to a very good swimming pool and terrace area (very good pool).It would be so good for the SUR Mallorca on invest in the Bar and make it into a Typical Mallorcan, Spanish Bar area with good stooling surrounding barAlso disappointing that lack of Gym facility to match pool, to promote the Hotel as a good sports facility,Above suggestions to enhance the SUR, so well located in Colonial.

Great value for money! Wonderful position and great sea view from rooms. Staff at reception very kind and professional.

The quality of food could have been better

Booked a second night because I enjoyed my first stay.Gave them a slightly lower score this time as the food wasn't quite as good this stay and I noticed just how cold the water in the swimming pool was!.. Brrrr

As before - main gripe was no English channels on't TV

Very smart hotel - thought it was new when I arrived - on closer inspection it was clearly not.Food was great, very impressed with the choice on offer.Great staff with a good sense of humour :)

No English channels on the TV - loads of others!Could have done with some/more soundproofing - could hear more from the neighbours than I would have liked.

The location was so great! I highly recommend renting a car if you stay in this area because it is a bit far from some of the other cities but the view from the balcony and being right on the water was amazing! The rooms were clean and updated. Staff were amazing and very friendly.

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t enjoy.
