    • Beautiful scenery, very quiet. Typical spanish building. Great views towards coast.
    • Hard to say what I liked best. The whole experience was just Lovely. This is a gem. Go on treat yourself.
    • Boutique hotel, old hacienda restorwd with great care. Sat Tv, wifi, Michelin restaurant in a quiet location.

    Cons -

    • Meal prices were expensive. No staff available Tuesdays..Bath sides very high, difficult to access even for able bodied,as we are. Access road very narrow. Breakfast should be included with hotel price.
    • That I couldn't stay longer.
    • We had a very small room, and you could hear everything—even people walking in the hallway at night. The room smelled like the kitchen, and the ceiling was very low

The location is in the forest, yet still close to the city and the sea. There’s a pool and a beautiful view, plus a restaurant where we had an amazing dinner and breakfast

Staff very attentive and friendly Dog friendlyFood quality high

No water in the room in morning, pump was turned off - cam back on around 8:30 am after we asked staff about it. It was an honest mistake, but they should have considered doing something extra to compensate for this. Set menu still the same from one month ago - no changeOff season so place was looking a bit run down in places before the seasonThe music in the terrace and dining room was low quality sound and bad choice of pop music that didn't add anything to the atmosphere or the general feel of the beautiful setting. Change your music system and choices !

Location, the hotel is a long way from the main road and is tricky to get to. The road is narrow, many bends pot holes and difficult to navigate. The room was clean and rustic, the bed and bedding were of the highest quality. Unfortunately there is no seating in the room and had to sit on the bed to get some seating. The finish within the rooms were of a high standard, but this hotel missed the basics. The lack of hot water on arrival, we had to request hot water and it was only tepid after waiting a few hours and then the water was still tepid and again in the morning, it was even worse and we could not shower before departure.I raised this point with the manageres who contacted the owner, who just gave petty excuses and no apology...this reason should raise an alert to future customers. There are better places, which supply hot water and listen to a genuine concern. Conclusion, it's expensive and the menu and drinks are even more expensive. I suggest to future customers that they ensure the costs are fully understood and request the menu prior to booking. The location, is definitely off the beaten track so ensure you do not use a small car such as a mini as you could ground the car.Would I go back, no definitely not....there are better hotels and restaurants within the Calp region and would recommend using them.Fellow travellers, I have given an honest opinion you have been advised, but don't use this hotel as you may be very disappointed as it fails to meet a travellers basic requirements.

The location was great, and the room was lovely. The food in the restaurant was exceptional!

There was an issue with the hot water, in that we had none for the entire stay. The hotel did know there was an issue and we’re waiting for engineers to fix their water heater. It also meant the radiators were not working, so the room was cold. These things happen unfortunately and we will definitely return when the hot water is back on!

Lovely rural location with great views

    Quite basic accommodation and facilities

    9DavidPosted on: 11-26-2024

The only thing that mared my stay was the the shower head on the room didn't fit the shower holder so I couldn't enjoy the free flow of water over me. I had to go out one morning and when I came back there was no place to park my car due to the lunchtime crowd. There is no 'specific' parking space for those staying overnight.

Lovely bedroom, lovely people, amazing food,

A bit too far out the way for us

Lovely quiet place with views to the sea. Dinner and breakfast amazing.

Charming little boutique hotel in a nice location with a view of Calpe in the distance. Large pool. The dinner here is fabulous and highly recommended!Breakfast also very good with meat, cheeses, bread and pastries.

Our room with patio had a low ceiling over the bed and a low door to the toilet, not ideal for persons over 1,90 tall.

Everyone in the hotel was super friendly, the breakfast was quite complete and tasty, the view and the silence around the area is very much appreciated. I am also very happy with how dog friendly the place is. Thank you all!

The place is a bit far from the beach and the village/city life. But it is the price of a chill and peaceful hotel

    7RobertPosted on: 7-19-2024

Accommodation was spacious and stylish. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Superficially perfect, however, we had no hot water so couldn't use bath. I had a cold shower. Kitchen tap wobbly and it leaked. Patio area was unkempt with cracked cement floor. Purporting to be a high end boutique hotel i feel the patio should have been tiled. Seating cushions were well worn and stained. We had to ask for an umbrella when it was mid 30 degrees. 2 inch gap under front door to let creepy crawlies in! Overall grounds were not well maintained.

Lovely hotel , comfortable bed and clean room, staff very helpful, a little remote maybe for some but perfect for a relaxing night away.

    The pigeon at the restaurant

Location, bad wifi, pool needs cleaning, there was a lot of work being done for renovation so a bit noisy

    9ChristinePosted on: 6-19-2024

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and with the great live music it was a very memorable evening. Good choice of food cooked to a high standard. It was a very quiet location but close enough to the motorway

    10MartinPosted on: 6-16-2024

The hotel suprised us with the hospitality of the staff, their kindness, as well as equipment and comfort provided by the accommodation. It is and ideal place to stay for those, who are looking for a peace and silence. Last but not least, the restaurant services provided by the hotel were amazing, one would not expect such a high quality of gastronomy at this place.

    Nothing, really nothing to add.

    10SofiaPosted on: 6-15-2024

Its all about the food! I come here now and then to eat their amazing foods. Rooms are quite small but so adorable. Staff is very friendly!

    9AnnePosted on: 6-5-2024

Very pretty place with lovely staff. Unfortunately I arrived too late for dinner, but was still offered some bread and snacks. It was clean and comfy. Good value for money. Fabulous breakfast.

The corners in the bathroom would benefit from a deep clean.
