An older hotel, more personal I thought. A lovely restaurant next door owned by the family,

This hotel is so clean, it’s quiet and the staff are absolutely amazing. They really do go above and beyond

The mattress is very stiff so hard to sleep on

Needs a hairdryer in the room and the bath towels were small!

Lovely pool right outside our terrace.Italian restaurant next door served good food.Free parking on site a big bonus. Not too far from a few bars/restaurants.A nice little compact hotel with friendly staff.

Very simple breakfast with not a lot of options.Shower cubicle very small, every time you turned around it would knock the hot/cold tap...please note neither my husband and l are definitely not fat!Not enough electrical sockets in the room.

Not at all disappointed.

Lovely hotel in a stunning location, definitely deserves more than a 1 star rating, I've stayed in worse 3 stars. Loved the friendly host, the fab restaurant next door. Quiet complex even when seemed full. Good size warm pool. Very clean and comfortable. They left a balloon and micro sized car for my granddaughter, which was very sweet. Breakfast very adequate and plentiful with regular topping up, boiled egg on request and good continental breakfast with plenty of fruit (no full English which wasn't a problem for us).

Air conditioning system a little loud, I wanted a balcony to dry towels and some washing, unfortunately we had one of the rooms without one. Entrance on a blind bend which was a little scary. On one occasion car park was full and I had to park overnight in the restaurant car park overnight but it didn't seem a problem despite signs indicating otherwise. Bed was a little too hard and gave me backache, although mattress firmness is never going to please everyone. Rooms on the small side, I kept walking into the bed frame and bruising my legs as there wasn't much room around the bed.

Excellent location and very spacious.The host was very good and extremely helpful.The breakfast was also very plentiful with a lovely dining room.

Nice little hotel , with a pool.?

A little out of the way ,on arrival we could,nt get anything to drink , so asked for some ice for our own drinks , but was refused as they said the restaurant didnt open untill the evening ,so we had to go out to get a cold drink !!

Friendly stuff, close to beach, quiet

There is no self-serve buffet, you have to ask for every little thing including eggs, bread, jam. I would recommend putting some food on the table for accessible use.

I really like that it was quite and close to the Cala Baladrar, besides it was so clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The WiFi was very poor and if you don't know the area ...you would need it to know how to arrive to other places

I can’t tell that I didn’t like that but it would be better if you can arrange food for breakfast like a buffet, at least eggs , butter and other small desert’s.

Room was a little basic but was very clean & breakfast was excellent.

A lovely environment with the patio by the pool, restaurant next door and fabulous local cliff walkways. Small hotel with friendly manager. Nice breakfast. A little fridge in the room.

A hotel should have facilities for tea or coffee during the day; not just bed and breakfast. A kettle and cups or access to the dining area is needed, especially when staying for a few nights. Even a vending machine! The single beds with scratchy sheets and duvet ?, no double room offered even though requested and an almost empty hotel.

I loved the pictures on Booking.com but for me they were totally misleading.

We had made a booking from the 25th April until the 5th of May. While checking the confirmation we noticed that it had been changed to the 30th of April until 10th of May. It turned out the hotel had made a mustake in their admministration and had a double booking for the 29th. They had single handedly changed it without consulting us. We would not be in Spain after the 5th and thought it was pretty rude to just switch the dates. When i asked them to cancel the days we would not be in Spain she told me they were providing us with a service(!). I don’t know what kind of a service that is. After talking on the phone and urging them to compensate the dates we were not in Spain they complied without saying sorry for the hassle they created. The hotel is situated next to a busy street, there was a kind of faint urine smell when we walked into the corridors and bedroom. The bedroom is fairly small, old bathroom in which the showerdoor was crooked and hard to slide. The small fridge was not connected and when we connected it it made too much noise. The bedroom is very dated and the views are rather disappointing, looking out onto a small swimmingpool and the busy road & neighbours. The breakfast was so disappointing, some (dry) bread, a few slices of cutlery and some cheese and jam, small cups of yogurt and stuff.. When we asked if it was possible to have an egg in any kind of form the reply we got was ‘look I don’t have enough space to bake or boil an egg’.. We took coffee instead.. The pool was filthy.. We could hear the other two guests complain but seemed complacent to it all. The staff kept calling my son another name, pretty unpersonal and when we told her we wanted to leave after one night Svenja was genuinely upset. We felt sorry for her but did not have a good feeling about this place. She offered me to talk to the manager and try to give us a refund for the remaining 4 nights which I appreciated a lot.

clean, friendly and good value, great restaurant next door

Family run hotel with excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to help and make you feel welcome. We will definitely be visiting again. Rooms are extremely clean, comfortable beds and lovely continental breakfast. Hotel in Montemar and about a 5 minute drive to Moraría. They have a restaurant next to the hotel which serves very tasty Italian food. So friendly ****** highly recommend

There was nothing that we didn’t like - it really was that good.
