    Pros +

    • Staff was helpful. The room was tidy and the mattress was comfortable. The hotel had a garage (parking) where you could leave the car. The location was central and there was a lot of things nearby.
    • Clean room and bathroom. The shower in our room was AMAZING!!! After a long day of walking, that was a proper shower w good pressure! Good location, just off of the Camino. Easy to fine. Not far from restaurants and pharmacy.
    • The location and it was super nice. The ac went out in our part of the building and they moved us to an even nicer room. Although I’m not sure they would’ve moved us if we didn’t call and complain.

    Cons -

    • There was a hotel cafeteria for breakfast. The value was 14,50€. Overall the food was very good, there was no vegan milk and yogurts visible for the taking (though I also did not ask for them). The garage (parking) also has a daily fee, that I felt was hidden and not communicated to me, though it would still be the best option available to park my car.
    • We didn’t take issue with anything.
    • I thought the booking said breakfast was going to be included, but turned out it wasn't.

Overall luxurious experience for us, because we usually stay in lower-priced hotels. We had a bedroom + a sitting room with sofa and table—also a wrap-around terrace with a view down the street of the casco viejo. An unexpected bonus was that there was an international cycling / triathalon event in town and many cyclists were staying at the hotel.Since we are cycling fans, we enjoyed seeing them and portions of events.

I thought the booking said breakfast was going to be included, but turned out it wasn't.

Room was comfortable and quiet. The balcony was very nice. There were blackout shades so that I could easily fall asleep. Shower was well stocked and had good water pressure. Breakfast was good in the service was great.

I was a little taken aback when we walked into our room - very large & spacious! We did have some communication difficulties as I was traveling with my son & they didn't have 2 beds for us, so we had to wait for them to set up the room. The bar was a nice place to grab a drink & sandwich but the dining room didn't open until 8pm - and I was exhausted from our long walk that day.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Good shower, ample storage space.

The entrance could be made appealing perhaps.

The location of the hotel is great right in the center of Pontevedra.

The breakfast was not included and I paid 14,50 euros wich I think for the type and quality of breakfast was excessive not good quality for a hotel

    10ReginaPosted on: 11-6-2024

It is clean, nice, and perfectly located. Their daily breakfast is so convenient and really nice!

    The pillows.

Location is perfect and generally comfortable

It's quite costly and we paid €157 for 1 night. There is no english language tv station, a lengthy wait to get our bill after eating in the restaurant, slow check in, no facilities and mediocre/grumpy staff. No chairs/ table on the balcony

    9JamesPosted on: 10-14-2024

Clean hotel room with a nice bathroom. The hotel had a good restaurant for dinner and a great breakfast. The hotel is located in the city centre near the central square.

    10MichellePosted on: 10-13-2024

Room service was excellent and the office desk helped me making reservations to the most wonderful Spa for an un believable massage.

    10LourdesPosted on: 10-9-2024

The room was clean, firm bed, had a balcony, great hot shower after a long day walking. The restaurant had a set menu for dinner which was very good price. The breakfast had a great selection including hot dishes.

I liked everything about the hotel.
