Pros +
- The desk clerk in the afternoons and evenings was outstanding. Smart, always smiling, extremely helpful, and spoke excellent English. Her name is Nascha.
- Close to city center. Staff gave good dining recommendations.
- Nice, clean, comfortable, well located to get to know Pontevedra old district or to short ride to Rías Baixas exuberant nature, excellent restaurants all around.
Cons -
- Bathroom electric heater switch broken. Smoke detector in the kitchen broken and I found it in a cupboard. Kitchen ceiling light had glass cover missing and I found it in a cupboard.
- The doer key was decades old and extremely difficult to operate. Also the main bedroom is flooded with streetlights at night. Fortunately there was a second bedroom. Price seemed high for solo traveler. Good facility for a small group of 2-3.
- Some minor furniture misfunctions

Some minor furniture misfunctions
I stayed here while walking the Camino and appreciated the flats—they’re spacious, with a full kitchen and a washer, which is gold after a long day on the trail. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, peaceful setting, and a decent location near restaurants and grocery stores. The place has good bones and lots of potential, especially for pilgrims traveling in small groups. But it’s not without flaws: there was an issue with the washing machine hose disconnecting, flooding the room, and with no staff around in the afternoon, I had to track down a mop from the café staff. That kind of hands-off service doesn’t quite match the price or potential. Still, I’d stay here again—just bring a little patience and maybe your own mop.
Lots of space in the apartment. Fantastic location. Easy to find and a great place to explore the city from.
Two things to be aware of. The kitchen is well sized but not well equipped. E.g. Only two glasses, no washing up liquid. The sound proofing wasn't great.
This place was the worst I stayed in on my long Camino
This place was the worst I stayed in on my long Camino. This place was a complete disappointment, although I did not expect much from a hotel as a pilgrim. The room was very old and dirty.
The room was a very good size, with a separate sitting room/kitchenette. There was a washing machine in a separate small room and the lady on reception brought us up washing powder. The staff in the cafe/bar were very helpful as well, providing us with extra tapas as nowhere else was open as it was a Sunday evening.
Lovely spacious apartment. Friendly staff. Great value for money.
Breakfast was a bit basic. Tea/coffee, orange juice and toast or croissant.
The location was far enough away from the city center to be quiet and close enough for easy access.
Room was not a non smoking room there was even an ashtray in the living room. Apartment was clean-ish. Everything was just old and stank of tobacco. The kitchen/living area had to be completely closed off it smelled so bad. The air conditioner was ridiculously loud. It sounded as if it were opening a portal to the underworld and when it was on the tobacco smell worsened. My wife and I were walking the Camino and this happened to be our 23rd wedding anniversary, so I thought I would get a nice private room for a relaxing evening. We would have been better off in an albergue. Would not recommend.
The location was great and the place was large.
Breakfast was included but it was on the light side, all the other hotels we had been had buffet breakfasts. Maybe we had been spoiled.
Good location, nice and clean appartement
very basic breakfast, not the best noise insulation
The apartment was very spacious and confortable. It was specially well situated, and with a couple of cheaper parking spaces nearby
We had the luck of arriving in the middle of the city festivities, so at night it was a bit noise until a bit late. The door in our room didn't lock from the inside, which we were told was going to be fixed soon
Location
No AC, dirty facilities, staff was smoking cigarettes inside the hotel. "Breakfast included" = coffee and a piece of toast.
Overall, nice hotel with potential
The hotel is not properly maintained and managed. The apartment is missing lots of items and in my case the air conditioner didn't work even though it is stated that there is an air conditioner. The manager in charge does not provide solutions and even more than that, disrespects the customers. Not recommended!
Great location and facilities. Bed was very comfy.
It had a washing machine and was not far from the Camino Portuguese route. Quite handy for some pretty parts of Pontevedra
We were given a smoking room (which we did not ask for) in a part of the hotel which had not yet been renovated. The room was musty. The bathroom was a disgrace with several broken parts and the grouting was black with mould on the ceiling. The lounge area resembled nothing in the photographs. Upon check out the receptionist was not interested in our complaints. We did not use the kitchen mainly because we wanted to spend as little time as possible in the room/apartment. It made us feel grubby. Breakfast is coffee, a croissant or toast and an orange juice. No protein options at all.
Big room. Comfortable bed. Stayed here while walking the camino.
Kitchenette didn't have an electric kettle or toaster. Nothing provided to wash up with. Basic cutlery and crockery only. No tea or coffee provided in room. Flimsy curtains did not block out street lights. Broken light in kitchenette.
It was an apartment hotel so we had space and could cook. The view was to a small river. Breakfast provided was value for its cost.
We were located under the Bar and could hear tables being moved when it closed at 9.30pm.
The location was great for Camiño walkers. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was large with great shower
Husband snored but what can you do
Location was excellent for old town and onlt ten min walk to get on Camino route. Apartment was spotless and staff at reception were really helpful in advising us of beach and supermarket in area.. Bathroom door was a bit stiff to open but a little oil would sort.Option of minibar in fridge was very good and also washing machine there. Would recommend .
