Professional staff.

The WiFi was hit or miss throughout the stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The staff were able to get us checked in early. It was located along the Camino path, was near restaurants, and there was a laundromat just down the street.

Rooms aren't in the greatest of shape, my shower broke halfway through, but the staff were super great about it, so no complaints

Great location near railway station & 20 minutes walk to join Camino .

Near the centre clean and a good hot shower. Comfy bed with extra blankets.

Disappointing

The internet connection was slow. We could not use it.The bed was uncomfortable, it was lower on one side

The staff was rude. We were walking the Camino and I had scheduled to come back on Friday but was unable to complete the Camino till Saturday. I was charged for Friday night even though they were aware that my return was tentative for Friday. We stayed Saturday night and voiced our frustration with no resolution.Don't stay here the management will not work with you

The staff at the hotel are very pleasant. It is a budget hotel but has a good location and you can work everywhere. We never had the breakfast. It is a no frill hotel and we hardly whereever there so it was fine. I was looking for a budget accommodation and this was a good option. I would recommend it for people are just looking for some where to sleep. If there was a problem, they were quick to fix it.

For what a paid it was good

great location, close to city center and train station. easy walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel was silent and the room big enough and had heating.

everything was good, I will add a machine for drinks but the rest is all perfect

Noisy rooms. Could hear guests in other rooms talking, coughing, moving furniture……..

Hotel Room is conveniently located between the train station and the historic centre - about a ten minute walk from each. Because it is outside the historic centre it is close to grocery stores and budget restaurants. The bed was comfortable and ours was one of the few rooms with an outside patio, table and chairs. As our room was at the back it was quiet at night. Although somewhat rundown the hotel is clean. The front desk is staffed 24 hours and breakfast is available from 7:00 onward.

Hotel Room has a rather stark and gloomy black and white decor. The front desk staff seemed unhappy. The overall feel is a bit chilly. Our room was small and provided limited clothes storage. With only a small table and one chair in the room, on rainy days (when the table outside was wet) it was challenging for two people to manoeuvre. The internet in our room was unreliable and we had to use the internet in the front lobby. We didn’t think the breakfast very good value; some items were stale and there are alternative options nearby.

The price was reasonable.

The lady at the front desk was not friendly.The Wi-Fi did not work.The air conditioning unit is so old that it does not cool the room.

The Wifi was so slow I expected to hear a modem screech. The staff were apologetic (and seemed aware it was problematic), but said they could do nothing about it.
