Hotel right on Camino with lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet room and attantive staff.

    7PatriciaPosted on: 10-15-2025

Room was nice, good shower with plenty of hot water. Good location.

Unfriendly staff at check-in, no kettle or coffee making facility in the rooms. Seemed expensive for what it was.

    10minervaPosted on: 9-22-2025

The location, the property was very clean and the staff was very accommodating.

The restaurant opened at 8:30pm making it rather late for those walking El Camino, although a pilgrims menu that looked very nice was offered.

As a solo traveller I appreciated the large room. Quality toiletries and comfortable bed. Large bottle of complimentary water also appreciated.Hotel was on the Camino - also a bonus

Huge room! Nice bed, good a/c, pleasant staff

No coffee before 9. No coffee in room. The staff wasn’t too sympathetic. I wake up early and to have to leave the property is not optimal and I’d think twice before staying here.

    10BarbaraPosted on: 7-24-2025

Good location, quiet, comfortable and clean

No coffee pot or kettle in the room. The breakfast was basic and too pricey

I liked the room. It was very comfortable.I liked the location, since we could walk to the casco viejo and it was very close to all the places we wanted to visit by car.The staff was very helpful and corteous.

    I can't find anything I didn't like.

Convenient hotel on the Camino. Clean, comfortable, with mercados and other amenities nearby. On the edge of old town with great shopping and restaurants.

    10MariaPosted on: 6-13-2025

Great staff, super clean and comfortable rooms, easy to get anywhere from hotel.

    5StephenPosted on: 6-12-2025

Front desk staff and lunch servers were great, very professional and nice.

The late afternoon, dinner servers need improvement. If the two gentlemen working the evening/dinner shift at this hotel spent half as much time tending to the guests as they did ogling women out the front window of the coffee shop, where I had a glass of wine in late afternoon, they may just earn their pay. Later the same day, I decided to eat dinner at the restaurant, which opened at 8:30pm, and when I arrived I was told by one of the same servers who was working the coffee shop/cafeteria earlier, that there was an event and I could not be seated. I asked if I could eat in the coffee shop/cafeteria and after some discussion was seated at the cafeteria by one of the other servers from earlier. It was obvious from the servers attitude that this was not appreciated — his demeanor and attitude were bordering on rude. After being served a bowl of noodles and ketchup (spaghetti bolognese??) the server handed me the check while continuing to be aloof and rude.
