    Pros +

    • A wonderful hotel in a picturesque bay with a fantastic beach. The staff, atmosphere, spa, etc. are all top-notch.
    • Facilities, the service, breakfast and the quaint little sandy beachfront.
    • Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff and excellent service. Food was good and breakfast delicious , with a lot of different things to choose from. A wonderful place to just relax and disconnect from everything!

    Cons -

    • The pool was nice but only cold water. The wellness area on ground floor was nice but too small and it was always crowded. The hot shower in the room was very unstable with very hot water and cold water coming at different time during shower.
    • 1) The room wasn’t very large, though we expected that.2) Sometimes neighbors smoked on their balconies despite the no-smoking rule—perhaps not everyone was aware of it right away.3) At night, the air conditioner seemed a little inconsistent: later we realized the trick was to set a lower cooling temperature; otherwise, the room would heat up too much before it switched back on.4) Not repaled to the hotel itself, but: There is also a restaurant called “On the beach”, turned sideways to the shore, where, for some reason, they play music with a very loud bass. This results in a low, droning sound that is hard to ignore. It was much nicer early in the morning when this noise wasn’t there. It’s a pity they keep it that way, because people come to such beach exactly to avoid this.
    • The staff were not very attentive. I had to go up to the bar when at the pool or go inside to order a coffee during breakfast.

    1) An incredible view of the bay, with the sea sparkling in shades of azure.2) The décor creates a cozy, holiday spirit—canopies, bamboo, and natural materials give it a warm, organic charm.3) A luxurious and delicious breakfast with an impressive variety of options.4) A pleasant beach club at the hotel, serving excellent dishes and cocktails.5) The joy of relaxing by the pool while still being on the very first line, just steps away from the sea.6) Yoga sessions on the beach and other meditative activities, followed by the spa and hammam—perfect for deep relaxation.7) Live music with two guitars that beautifully matched the laid-back atmosphere, without any jarring beats.

The beachfront location is amazing. There’s a gym which was nice. The food was pretty good.

Overpriced. The rooms were kind of tight. Hotel lacks a certain level of sophistication.

45 min from downtown but the beach and breakfast are a treasure

    7OlgiPosted on: 8-12-2025

Beautiful design and stunning location. Everything was within easy reach, the breakfast spread was delightful, and the bed was very comfortable.

While the hotel’s design is undeniably beautiful, the overall upkeep—particularly in the rooms and bathrooms—was disappointing. Our balcony had greasy surfaces and hair left from previous guests, which was unacceptable. Service was equally underwhelming. Many staff members came across as indifferent or even rude. Since we understand Spanish, we overheard middle-aged female staff making inappropriate remarks about guests during breakfast and by the pool. For the price of a stay here, we expected warm, attentive service. Instead, even check-in felt rushed, as if the staff couldn’t wait to get rid of the guests in front of them. We understand it’s August and the end of the season may bring fatigue, but guests plan their vacations months in advance, and a five-star hotel should deliver five-star service. Sadly, this experience fell short.

Second visit for me, I love the hotel, beach front with the room looking directly over the beach and the pool.Good breakfast with loads of choices. The air conditioner in the room was good and strong.Excellent room service.Free of charge parking. The reception team was reaand they let us stay as long as we wanted in the pool to relax and enjoy, and they finally gave us another room to take a shower and get ready for travelling, which was really a kind gesture.

Poor wifi in the rooms, although it was good in the lobby. They turn off the balcony lights at 11:00 pm!!The sink in my room did not drain properly.Payed a hefty amount of pounds and I was expecting more.

Everything. The pool, the breakfast, the comfy beds and the view from the balcony.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in and other interactions pleasant. The hotel was kept very clean, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach from our room, which was a highlight of the stay.

Firstly, the hotel does not have a designated area on the beach. This means that guests need to rent sunbeds or chairs if they want to relax by the water, which can be inconvenient and adds extra costs.More concerning was the safety issue I encountered: my wife’s belongings were stolen while we were inside the pool. This was quite distressing, especially considering the hotel is rated as a five-star establishment. It’s disappointing that such an incident can happen in a place of this caliber, and it certainly made us feel less secure during our stay.Additionally, I found the overall price to be overrated. There are alternative options nearby that offer better value, with comparable or even better views, at a more reasonable price.Given these issues, I would advise reconsidering your booking here. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning to this hotel in the future.

Nice view, very helpful staff. They kindly ordered a bouquet for our special day.

Don’t recommend to order a transfer from the airport, you’ll pay double the price of the official taxi.

    10EssencePosted on: 8-2-2025

The hotel is right on the beach! You can layout at the pool chairs and go for a swim at the beach. The staff is super friendly. The food is so good! Love the breakfast !

I wish they had more options of activities onsite. Jet Ski you have to take a cap to Santa Eulària

The hotel is so nice and family friendly I liked the area a lot as it has good selection of restaurants and more importantly it’s very safe Our kids were walking around running with other kids it’s so much nicer than the pictures

It’s just a bit far from the rest of the rest of Ibiza but I think this what makes it special

    1ZygimantasPosted on: 7-15-2025

This is defiantly not a 5 star hotel. At best it is 3-4 stars. Bathrooms are poorly renovated with mold visible near shower and under sink. No toiletries included, you have to request soap and conditioner. Staff is very nice and accommodating but the hotel itself is not what you see in the pictures.

Location is great, the staff is wonderful

One of the best luxury hotels in the north of the island and the whole of Ibiza… super friendly and attentive staff, great amenities nearby, private cove beach and many restaurants to choose from… family friendly and great for those with kiddos… quiet, secluded and well-appointed. Highly recommend and will stay there going forward when returning to Ibiza.

    All fantastic

The staff, the decoration and the view

It’s not a complain, but the gym is 8 out of 10. Maybe you could improve it, or maybe I’m crazy.

    7SelimPosted on: 6-14-2025

Nice view Quiet place remote from the cityIf you don’t like their pillow you can ask and they’ll change them !Nice bar and pool, musicians come and play in the evening / late afternoon

Walls are thin too thin. You can distinctly hear the conversations of your neighbours There are no queen/ king size bed, just twins put together with the annoying gap between the mattresses. Rooms with number x10-14 have a partially obstructed view by another ugly hotel
