About
Offering amazing sea views from its clifftop position and from its stylish rooms, this impressive hotel is located in Na Xamena, on Ibiza’s north coast. It offers a spa, a gym, tennis court and 3 swimming pools. Hotel Hacienda Na Xamena’s spa has indoor and outdoor areas, including the Suspended Waterfalls Thalassotherapy Circuit which offers fantastic views. There is a massage area located in a bamboo hut which faces the sunset in the west. The Na Xamena has 2 restaurants, including a poolside bar that serves snacks and drinks for informal all-day dining, and a very chic Mediterranean-inspired space with terraces on various levels overlooking the sea. The bright, air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Hacienda Na Xamena feature a flat-screen TV, a mini-bar and a private bathroom. All have a private hot tub and many have a mini-pool looking out over the Mediterranean Sea. There is a 24-hour reception and staff can provide information about what Ibiza has to offer, and they can help to arrange transport, car rental and reservations at restaurants or nightclubs. You can drive to Ibiza Town in 30 minutes from Hotel Hacienda Na Xamena, and Sant Antoni de Portmany is 35 minutes away. Es Canar, with its famous hippie market, is 30 minutes’ drive away.

- A beautiful boutique hotel in a quaint area of Ibiza
- Beautiful property and amazing views! Staff are also very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay!
- The views are amazing. Stunning in fact.
Cons -
- My only comment is about the road leading to the hotel, on a mountain, it’s very dangerous and can be much safer if the hotel added more signs and more fences for security in the dangerous areas
- Dated property in general. Sun beds need updating so more luxury and reflective of a 5 star experience.Bathroom in the Junior Hamman suite felt 3-4 star. Needs updating (although important to note it’s a hotel built into the rocks so hard to configure).I paid 300 euro+ for 2 massages and they didn’t let me use the spa pools without paying another 80 euros for 2 people. Overall our stay was enjoyable however it was important to mention the things that stuck out to us during our time at the hotel
- The surface of the pool was covered with something greasy, and it wasn’t clean. There are not many food options.

The staff was friendly, the views were beautiful.

Most Beautiful Spot
Too expensive for the Service. The Sight an the hotel is one of the best I've seen. But the service and food wasn't 5 star like
The view, pool, room with pool, location
Variety of cuisines is very poor
Unreal location, attentive staff, boutique hotel atmosphere
Gorgeous location overlooking the sea and in a rural setting. The pool and sun beds were all very private so it never felt overly busy.
Nothing, everything was perfect. The only thing I would say is the drinks and food are expensive, they have a captive audience as nothing really surrounds the hotel dining wise.
The wonderful view, the amenities, the employees were ALL so friendly. This is not your typical clubbing hotel but a very nice secluded private five star hotel, just what we were looking for.
View was amazing, some of the staff was amazing, food in restaurant was very good
Some of the staff was uninterested and most annoying was the long explanation about tipping at the reception. Totally not 5 star service…
The location is superb as it has always been
We are return customers since 9 years, and I can't believe how bad this place has became. Almost everything has been made worse, while prices have been rising constantly. They charge 35 EUR per person per day for a ridiculous buffet breakfast, with the poorest selection of food, badly preserved and presented; I had once to point out that the granola smelled and tasted bad because it hasn't been prepared fresh and it was not kept cold. On top of this, if you ask for a (ridiculously small) açai bowl, they charge an additional 18 EUR. Ask for a glass of tap water by the swimming pool, and they charge 6,50 EUR. Service is nowhere as good as it should be in a 5-star hotel. The restaurant only has a very limited fixed choice to offer, while in the past it used to have a wider, nice offer à la carte. The service staff will often forget to put fresh water in the room, and will never react to even the simplest request, such as asking to help us fixing a broken wheel on our baggage. The last insult came at checkout, where they have tried to smuggle in a 10% additional "tax" which was never mentioned anywhere and for which they could offer no explanation - and this is after paying in excess of 1'000 EUR per day already.
Overall, very good lovely room, amazing view, good quality food, friendly staff, beautiful pool
On the negative side, I was very surprised and disappointed to find on the final charges a request for a service charge (ie a tip) for 10% of the total bill, which came to a further €500. This was optional but I found this to be exaggerated. The food and drink prices are already pretty elevated and I tipped as I went each time. So to find a further ‘suggested’ €500 extra for the stay is a bit pushy and frankly poor practice. I have not seen this before in all of my travels and left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.
An absolutely stunning place, amazing views, with a gorgeous pool and sunbathing areas. The bedrooms are beautiful with the most unreal views! Food was so tasty. The staff were amazing and so so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for you. The tour we were given on day 1 was so helpful. We loved everything about our whole stay and I have never said that about anywhere I have stayed before!
If I had to be super picky, I would just say the hotel is far away from anywhere else in Ibiza. But if you hire a car or take taxis, it’s absolutely fine. Smart tv would be better in the room for when you want 30 minutes to chill out. Maybe a few more shaded areas around the pool.
The room smelled of raw sewerage I complained 4 times and was given insense sticks. It took 3 days before they moved us.
Service is rude, lacks rigour. No management presence. Shabby decor Dirty rooms Does not match booking.com description False advertising
Amazing location, fantastic views, great staff, very clean
I liked everything
Very characteristic and charming. Surrounded in the nature over a wonderful cliff. Staff is helpful and there is a sense of family hotel.
I was charged twice for the room. When I called to inform the hotel rather than checking they replied “it’s not possible”. Called after that and told I would have been called back. Nothing!Hence rude staff!
I recently stayed at a hotel with a perfect location and stunning views. The facilities were unreal, especially the spa. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was unforgettable, and the spa treatments left me feeling rejuvenated. The staff provided exceptional service, making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
Nothing to complain about
Beautiful hotel in a remote location with fantastic sunsets. Beds were really comfortable and the staff were exceptional. On site restaurant Eden was also brilliant.
Booked the hacienda has a special 2 night treat at the beginning of our holidays. Simply amazing, probably the most beautiful hotel i've stayed in.Expensive but worth every penny. The friendly staff, the views, the rooms, facilities, especially the pools are perfect.Hard to choose a highlight but think its the quality of the food!! Breakfast, poolside snacks and the Evening meal at Eden are all incredible.Thankyou Hacienda & see you again soon
Insane views and really the kindest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel.
Gorgeous location, but for a fixe star, not inexpensive property, it’s probably time to freshen up the decor — rather cheesy paintings everywhere and generally a mismatch of furniture. It feels like to property is trying to level up but has t quite gotten there. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again. We stayed for four days and every day we liked it better and better.
