A little isolated. Not much around if you want to have dinner outside

I stayed at this hotel during my summer vacation, and everything was absolutely amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The service was outstanding; every staff member was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, offering a great place to unwind and enjoy the warm weather. And the view of the sea was simply breathtaking — waking up to that scenery every morning was unforgettable.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect summer getaway.

The location in the view was wonderful. Such a beautiful cove and Beach. Also there were two pools that were both lovely. The hotel was fairly quiet as well and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet is pretty good as well, but eating it while taking in the beautiful view was the best part. The staff working the valet were so incredibly kind and patient. All the staff was very very friendly and it was easy to ask for any help or anything that we needed.

This was not a five-star hotel. There were so many little things that were overlooked when the hotel was designed and executed that it was frustrating. They use a very strong air freshener in the bathrooms and the rooms are absolutely tiny. Even with two people trying to find somewhere to put their suitcases was a challenge. The bathroom door opens up and hits the toilet and there's only room for one person to stand in the bathroom at once. The faucet is off to the side which makes it really difficult to do pretty much anything in the sink. The elevators are so small you can only fit four people in and it's difficult when everyone has luggage.

Facilities are lovely, hotel is clean and well presented. Multiple food & beverage options. Beautiful views over the bay.

Very limited sunbeds on beach, service at hotel evening buffet could have been improved. A little remote (but we knew this on booking!) would recommend own vehicle.

Sun beds and pool tables could be cleaned more often. The kids hotel across the street makes a ton of noise which you can hear at all times unfortunately

This people stole my money and still have not returned it. The service here is by far the worst and the workers are not skilled enough. They gave me a room with ants, empty hand wash, empty shampoo, and empty body wash. The workers don’t seem like they want to work here and you can see it from the service they offer.

Beach bar made everything good. Formula of 65 or 100 euro's too. The girl mostly receiving is also very good as well as the other staff. Location nice.

The theft. After five days we noticed that upon our expenditure the was a line of "suggested tip of 10%" that is immediately in calculated in the total amount. There under there was another line for tips. As the staff was really nice & good we tipped upon the "suggested" tip between 10 & 20 euro's either in cash or on the tip line.This is not the USA where suggested tips are a suggestion of 10, 15, 20 or 25%. The customer fills in what they give. Not like this hotel, where a "suggestion" is being in calculated as an approval. Just would like to remind you: a suggestion is NOT an approval. So for future visitors: WATCH OUT! Menu's limited is an other point. Three times I took the pasta lobster as it was very limited in choice.

nice hotel with awesome views to la cala de San Miguel.a very quiet cala with a bunch of chiringuitos that made my stay! there was also a convenient shop just a few steps from the hotel.

the food was to good except for the breakfast which was included and good enough. the breakfast hours were too early for vacation mode. The bar was empty and no back music. they served a buffet by night they should have used the space for a lounge not a buffet site. also the staff was somehow lost ( I guess they were new interns)

No welcome information such as Wi-Fi, check out time, restaurant info etc. Took a long time to check in.

Lovely location, very quiet and lots of natural beauty to explore. We liked that the pool was salt water but it was significantly colder than the sea. The beach was lovely with crystal clear water.

The breakfast was delicious but there could have been more variety and they cold do with more vegetarian options. Service around the pool was a little confusing at first, a guide would have been very helpful. The pool was a little crowded and loud at times, there was one day where we could hear the music from the hotel from the beach so would avoid the pool if you're after a quiet break.

The staff was incredible, and the food was exceptional. We rented a motorboat from the hotel—no boat driving license required—and made our way to Portinatx, stopping at beautiful hidden coves along the way. It was an unforgettable experience!

The building is great, bed very comfortable, access to the beach also really good and overall a really nice design

When we got in the room , the room had a perfume which was very very strong.Breakfast was really good but just not enough staff for the number of guests , which created long waiting for coffee, eggs or basically the refilling of the buffet. This issue is not acceptable for the money you pay to stay at this hotel.We got food at the pool restaurant and room service, both of them were not up to a 5 star hotel and very expensive , pizza really not eatable and on top they charge 20€ for delivery in the room!!!The sound proof between rooms and floors is really not good and there is a a hotel very close by where they play loud music or entrainment which is really loud, hearable even with closed windows .Sunchair by the pool were full of stains…but really comfortable

Beautiful place with stunning views, everything felt classy and clean and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were outstanding and really looked after us, especially our copious glasses of cava round the pool? The food was outstanding and plenty of options at the buffet, with day time food either round the pool or a la carte was always delicious - especially the calamari! The pool was wonderful and clean with plenty of beds and not feeling crammed in, with the beach close enough to just go for a quick dip in the sea and back. Amazing room with comfortable bed and the balcony was a pleasure to sit out of an evening; cleaners came daily and kept it lovely and clean. Music plays throughout the day which gives it a lovely atmosphere and in the evenings live entertainment was very tasteful and a joy to watch/listen too. As we were mum and daughter staying we felt wholly comfortable throughout our stay and very relaxed by the end!

At one point in our stay the hotel had a big party of important guests which meant the staff were focused on them and service a little slow but it didn’t detract from our stay and love of the staff. There is an Irish bar nearby which can’t be helped but the noise does travel over in the evenings if they are having a party, this wasn’t too much of a bother for us but you were aware of it.

A very comfortable hotel and staff are very helpful. Great gym albeit small. Good entertainment. Great location for relaxing. Great views.

More vegetarian choices as a main would be good. Although staff are very helpful with information on what to see and where to go, the hotel don’t organise any major excursions and you need to do it yourself.

Nice pool area, breakfast was very good

Staff were not the most attentive. It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Very small gym, max 3-4 people at any one time.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The beach was great.

The location is far from the major attraction in the island.
