No conditioner or water in the rooms.

The staff was very friendly and excellent breakfast.

Our room was a bit dark and would benefit with brighter lighting.

The garden was beautiful and cozy. The big and comfortable rooms…. Great location as well and delicious breakfast.

We couldn’t book a table at the restaurant for dinner, but we did understand that this had to be done in advance. So, in the end it was no problem.

Exceptionally well designed . Amazing garden with a swimming pool retreat … my best ! Staff were exceptionally helpful and took care of all of our needs . We ate dinner at the restaurant which was amazing !

Staff was wonderful- Luisa was very kind and welcoming. Room was good. Beautiful property. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The restaurant was very good but also very expensive

This is truly the most wonderful place! We had a room with access to the lush and very well maintained garden. There are many seating areas on different levels outside so there is always privacy. The room was also lovely and spacious. Food in the restaurant is divine and all of the staff is super sweet! You should book this place especially if you love a laid back kind of luxury.

This hotel is such a hidden gem - I can’t recommend highly enough. There had been a problem with our room prior to check in so the staff very kindly upgraded us to room 1. The suite was incredible with 2 private balconies. The gardens are what make this such a special place - so many little corners to sit, filtered cold water topped up regularly by staff, towels readily available, books in little reading nooks to dive into. Breakfast was a delight - we sat down on our first morning and were presented with plate after plate of delicious morsels. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. A perfect place to explore Arta - if you can tear yourself away from the hotel!

Apart from the exterior areas the hotel does not provide any interior area for guests, rather than the meals one. Since the weather was not good we could not enjoy the exterior areas as we would like

Steam room was not that great

We got a very good value for our money, probably because of the low season. The hotel was excellent, better than in pictures and the staff was so so lovely, each of them. Breakfast is included and it's very generous. Arta is a lovely city and with a rental car we were able to explore Mallorca.

I thought it was really strange to have to write out the details of my credit card on the registration form, considering I had booked online. Additionally, I don't think it is appropriate to ask whom you are sharing a room with and what their relationship is to you...very inappropriate for 2025 (I was staying alone, but still, it's not appropriate). At the time of my visit (Feb 2025) there were major roadworks around the entrance to the hotel and the parking was a complete nightmare...because everyone nowadays seems to rent a huge car (like I did foolishly) and they simply don't fit in the narrow streets and entirely fill up the tiny parking space.

Jardi d‘Artà is a precious jewel tucked away in the best part of Mallorca, don’t miss it. As good and as unique as the boutique hotel was, the food was better (they deserve at least a Michelin mention!), the people made the experience.From Lauries to Rachel to (Ga)Briel, and our favorite Austrian, the master Chef d’Cuisine, they made our stay unforgettable.

The breakfast was the best bit of it. Service by the mallorquin waiter was very good.

When we arrived we were told we had to leave out car keys in the entrance but weren't offered an explanation for it. The room smelled like damp, the heating was off when we got there, we had to manually turn on each one of the radiators. The door to the toilet wouldn't properly open given the placement of the sink in close proximity. The shower leaked a crazy amount of water, no rugs in the room, walking in polished concrete floor in the middle of winter isn't very comfortable and neither sleepers were provided. No blackout blinds/curtains/ No extras provided like, bathrobes (to go to the outdoor sauna would have been appreciated). Wifi was extremely slow. Overall would not recommend, this is not the standard I would expect for the price I payed and although the gardens are beautifully kept it certainly disappointed us and did not live up to the expectations at all.

Very well situated right below the castle. Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff were very accommodating as we had some accessibility challenges and they were very helpful.

Beautiful Boutique hotel nestled in a garden of citrus trees and plants overlooking a grand church and ancient monastery and just a short walk from the sweet town of Artà. Breakfast is superb!!

Small thing, wifi was spotty for us. Next time i’ll be sure to bring a book.

The care taken by the staff, the quality of the food at breakfast, the beauty of the garden and the pools. Yes pools! You will be happy here!
