Friendly staff

Had to pay for parking - 12 CHF even though had massive garage. Feels like that is something that can be included. Our lock didn't work and we had to change rooms. Rooms didn't have Aircon and it felt very stuffy in the room. Uncomfortable beds and pillowThe entire building feels like a maze and not too well designed.

Excellent location for visiting someone at the clinic next door.Very spacious room and the balcony was cute.

There was a constant noise of a ventilator/ heater or something like that, I couldn’t find the cause

The staff were not very welcoming and we felt like we were being an inconvenience at check in. Very confusing to find the parking in such a big complex.

Large, modern convention center, with parking and restaurants (although main restaurant being refurbished in December 2024). In building 2 we had a large, clean and functional room, although with a look a bit “passé”.Complimentary coffee and water was at our disposal.Breakfast buffet in the main building was served until 0930 and was abundant and good.

The property is composed of several independent buildings and one has to walk in the open to go from building 2 where our room was to the main reception and restaurant. I believe there would be a way to go through the underground parking if the weather was too rough.

The place is massive and it’s a route march to your room via multiple lifts on different levels and we did get lost. It’s like a maze. It’s also like staying on a hospital ward or medical training centre.

We have stayed at this hotel on several previous occasions and it has always met our expectations. Secure parking for the car in an underground car park. Comfortable room and bathroom, with excellent buffet breakfast. Attached to the hotel is a very good restaurant. Very helpful staff

Hotel was full and there were a few noisy guests checking in late.

Big room and big bathroom. Everything is very clean and because it is an institute for paraplegic research everything is wheelchair friendly. The lights go on automatically although at night it is not my preference.A coffee machine is always a nice touch.

Even though there is WiFi, the possibility to connect the tv to the internet is disabled. Also connecting to the WiFi on your phone through an SMS code did not work (SMS code is not being send). To me it is an outdated system but it did not spoil our stay.

The Hotel is just too big!! Our room was way too far from the reception and restaurants.It felt like being in some weird si fi movieI met two other guests who were both lostI was very dissapointed when we were asked to pay 12 euro for overnight parking

Disappointed in the location, the distance from the lake and access to the lake. The way rooms were arranged felt like a school camp and there were no views of the lake from our room. Meals were very expensive.

It was great located and easy to get the parking spot. The beds were very comfortable, also we had a coffee machine.

Low quality breakfast, we were placed in the middle of bigger group which was very noisy, the shower was not well drained, lack of daily cleaning, no iron, and only one chair on the balcony.

the rooms were clean and basic, but with everything you need.

It was clean and comfortable. there is no A/C in the room but it was fine. the parking is not free but very sevure. the train takes 20 minutes to Lızern centrum. breakfast was good,

The location was amazing. There were free parking spaces. And this hotel was completely accessible for wheelchair users. THe lake near the hotel was gorgeous.

They didn't have a shower chair for wheelchair users.

-we had dinner in the restaurant and we asked for tapwater; we needed to pay 10 CHF-there was no AC/ventilation in the room; we couldn’t sleep because of the heat-there was a summer camp in the hotel; kids were screaming in the hallways

Parking and navigating to and around the hotel is difficult. Feels more like an institution hospital than a hotel. Strange atmosphere
