Alcaufar Vell Hotel Rural & Restaurant

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast and dinner are delightful. It was so romantic and yet simple.

Since the room had a garden ants went inside the room.

Wow what an amazing building - it’s like staying in a stately home but with all modern comforts. Staff were amazing, wonderful rooms, an outside pool and an exceptional dining experience.

It was a beautiful building in a peaceful setting. The swimming pool was in a lovely garden. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff were all very friendly.

Not quite so easy to walk to the beach as we’d hoped, but as we had a car it didn’t matter

The building is breathtaking and the room was really big. One of the best beds that I slept in a hotel.

They put me a room toward the far end near the parking lot and could hear people listening to reggaeton, etc, until the wee hour of the morning that was a bit annoying.

Pretty nice location, not far away from Mahon and airport, with good connection to the main roads. The restaurant is very good, especially for dinner and breakfast. Nice vineyard could be visited nearby as well as a few hiking walks available as well. Pool is a bit small but in a good shape and clean. Rooms are comfy and with character

Brunch price is too expensive and staff was not very good with explanation regarding pricing and quantity. As a result, too much food for a couple and it was one of the most expensive meal during our stay in Menorca. It should be better clarified in the menu.

Dinner in the restaurant was wonderful. The hotel environs are peaceful and offer excellent walking opportunities. The pool is a lovely area in which to relax.
