Friendly staff, nice location and very clean rooms. Enjoyed the included breakfast as well as hotel restaurant dinners.

The view was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful, food was great, the price for the hotel was reasonable.

The location was excellent.

Parking was an issue.

It was a beautiful location and a smaller hotel, so not as many guests, which made it feel very special and intimate.

There is no AC - it was an extremely hot time that we stayed (June, heat wave) and it was difficult to sleep in the heat since the rooms did not have AC.

Very good location near the castle. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. There was a huge rainstorm which flooded the ground floor. Despite this, the restaurant was ready for breakfast the next day due to the tireless efforts of the staff.

No elevator makes getting luggage to the room a bit of a challenge for older people.

The hotel was awesome. Had a beautiful view of the castle. The staff was wonderful. Nadia really made us feel comfortable and welcome. The food in the restaurant was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Parking for the hotel is just across the street but it is not included in the price of the room.

The town is small. Not much to do or places to eat after 6:00.

Wonderful & friendly family-run hotel & restaurant. Great balcony (with Castle view!) and spacious, clean room. We really enjoyed dinner and breakfast there! Very walkable to the castle tour bus pickup area and to the little downtown area. Parking was easy and affordable.

Staff was extremely friendly, professional, polite. Restaurant service and food were excellent. Parking was easy and inexpensive. You can’t beat the location and scenery!

If you’re not able to or have difficulty climbing stairs, it will be somewhat difficult to get to your room and bring your luggage. I think there was an elevator but i didn’t see easy access.

Location being walking distance to both castles (220m and 1.3 km). Right in the middle of tourist hub but yet so quiet at night. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and their hearty breakfast. Parking is just <100m away

What a fantastic room we had. From our bedroom window we had a view of Neuschwanstein... magnificent. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. In walking distance to Hohenschwangau and, if you're keen, Neuschwanstein (although we took the horse drawn carriage which stopped almost right opposite the hotel). Lovely breakfast. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was expensive, but to be expected given the location. Be aware that there is no lift.

Perfect location to relax and enjoy visiting the castles over a couple of days. Excellent restaurant and friendly staff. The balcony view from rooms 5 & 6 of Neuschwanstein was enjoyable.

The 0645 trash pickup was a bit loud! ?
