Pros +
- The location of this hotel is unbeatable if you're visiting Neuschwanstein Castle. Our room overlooked the farmlands in front of the castle and we woke up every morning and were greeted with cows and a gorgeous view.
- Location to castles, the spa and sauna areas
- The staff were so friendly and helpful, truly five star customer service!! The meals are gourmet! Spa rooms on the lower level delighted my daughters (salt room, sauna, whirlpools, scented showers). Whats not to like about a "herbal" pillow menu? :)
Cons -
- I regret that I did not take advantage of the bike rentals, bike tour or alpine picnic. More information on these additional services in English would be helpful.
