Conveniently located near the castle.

It was pretty hot in the room, even with the one window open. Was not comfortable leaving the door to the balcony open all night.

I walked to the flip flop of the horses hose outside my window!

Perfection

Right at the castle pick up point. Nice little city you can walk in after the tourist are gone or get a cab to Fussen for dinner.

Location with parking right in the center of Hohenschwangau which is the base for seeing the two palaces. Loved the staff. They arrange your tour tickets with ease. Liked the restaurant for dinner and the breakfast.

No, it's simple and not expensive but perfect for the situation.

Should have had more parking and toiletries. We didn't even had a bar a soap/

The location is perfect from this hotel: we can see the New Swan Castle from the hotel restaurant! The room we booked is the best suit with the biggest balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at Muller Hotel very much! It is charming and walkable to both castles. It is also within walking distance to Alpsee lake. We had l nice lunch by the lake. The staff and food at Muller Hotel is excellent! I highly recommend

Can’t beat the location, the room was luxurious for us and the breakfast was wonderful

The only issue we experienced was WiFi in the room. It wouldn’t connect for the longest time, then finally started to work. But in the restaurant it was perfect.

Excellent location, clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast with a view. So nice being near the castle all day and all night, especially once all of the tour buses are gone.

It was noisy. We could hear the flush of the toilet from room above. And there was this noise that ww dont what was it. It was kinda bothering coz we heard it the whole night. I was not able to sleep well.

Loved the restaurant on site with a view up to the castle. Our room was clean, large, and comfortable and featured an unexpected balcony. The personnel was very attentive and cheerful. Walking distance to the lake. The Horse Carriage was located right in front of hotel to take us up to Schloss Neuschwanstein. Space for our rental car was provided at no cost. Beautiful stay :)

The first wasn't great but I didn't expect great food in a tourist village in Germany. Bring your own water. It's crazy expensive in the village.

Location right across the street from the carriage stop to go up to Neuschwanstein, and about a 5 minute walk to the Hohenscwangau castle. Breakfast room has lovely view of one castle and our room had a view of the other. Room was well sized and comfortable, had a coffee maker and a couple of bottles of water included. Had parking as well.

Great location, amazing accommodations. Very spatious suite, beautifully decorated, with everything you could possibly need! Great stay!

Sabine and Catarina were extremely helpful and friendly! Breakfast was great!

Ok, let me say, that this is by far the best hotel we stayed at on our holiday in Germany! It exceeded my expectations in every way! It is so close to the castles, we had a view of Hohenschwangau from our bedroom window and a view of Neuschwanstein at meal time. The rooms were clean, beds and bedding were so comfortable after spending the day exploring the castles. Breakfast was outstanding, the restaurant servers and front desk were super nice and accommodating, the horse carriages picked up right outside of the front doors, it was just a magical place to stay! I want to recommend staying here to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay while in Hohenschwangau. We can’t wait to stay here again! :)
