Easy arrival

The AC was not working adequately in our room and the staff very begrudgingly changed us to a much smaller room and made no offer to discount our stay despite the problem and downgrading of our room.

The best hotel so far on our road trip through Northern Spain. Excellent price / deal Clean, quiet, with friendly stuff, great air conditioning. There is a gym, a bar, a restaurant. There are a few parking spaces around the building (supervised), public parking spaces all around the neighborhood and a payable private garage (around 9 euro per night). The Castle is 20 minutes away on foot.

Could be a bit noisy as the corridors echo noise but that’s not the hotels issue more the other guests

The staff were great. We booked here 20 minutes prior to arriving as we felt unsafe in our other accommodation. The staff welcomed us and quickly set up a triple room for us.

The restaurant was a little dated and dark.

The location and proximity to the main roads. Easy to get to the older parts of town.

It was hard to control the room temperature

Been here previously. Nice hotel for our needs, close walk to busy town. Good shops opposite in case you require anything. Staff at hotel were first class - thanks to Anna at reception, sorted out an additional room for an extra person. Bedroom was fine. Evening meal was very good for12 euros ish.

Same as before. Breakfast!! We were the 2nd persons to attend for breakfast, 0830. Repeat of previous year. Stone cold scrambled egg, solid cold fried eggs and cold bacon. Other clients came for breakfast and no one ate it other than toast and cereal. Awful to admit, but go to McDonald’s across the road for better selection and service for half the cost.

Couldn't control temperature which was too warm. The hotel was too far from center of town.

The room and bathroom were exceptionally good in size for the price, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also really nice.

The hotel was noisy: the walls were so thin that we could hear everything happening on the main hall from our room (we were located in the 1st floor).

Seems there were bed bugs as I suffered from a load of bites down one side of my body which showed up the day I was leaving

Clean, secure parking and affordable. Just what we were looking for on a nights stay on a motorcycle tour.

A lovely Hotel, cafe and restaurant.Friendly staff and a very handy location.The coffee is very good as are the meals.

Breakfast was extremely poor, bread, cheese and cold meats was not fresh. Chef was very rude to me because she had to prepare hot breakfast like bacon and eggs as there was nothing available and I was told that I should have ordered the breakfast the evening before at reception. Since when do you order breakfast if the standard breakfast times are on display at reception. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

Lovely large room with sitting area. Good location. Secure motorcycle parking although expensive. Good, buffet breakfast.Reception staff lovely and helpful.

No air conditioning, someone has decided that 25°C is cool enough.Spa bath badly stained and very slippery, needs attention.Twin beds not linked, double requested.Bar staff surly, bad attitude.

it was a great hotel with its facility but if you are walking the Camino , the place was about 20-30 min walk to each the Camino path. The only close place to eat was McDonald across the street, there was a supermarket but it closed in th evening (8pm) and on Sunday.
