Reception we got when we arrived.

Ana at the front desk was very kind. Things felt well organized.

The mattresses weren’t the comfiest and they only had disposable sheets.

Large, clean room in a quiet, but central location. Extra amenities like kitchen and laundry were also a plus.

Near the Knights Templar Castle.

Dorms were small and cramped while common areas are large spacious.

A great Albergue on the Camino de Santiago. Close to the castle and restaurants. Excellent laundry on site as well as a laundry mat next door. Clean, modern, comfortable, and well equipped. Breakfast is simple but well prepared. This is my go-to lodging whenever I pass through Santiago. I have stayed as a solo traveler and also with my wife and 9 year old daughter.

Very clean, and modern. Close to both Camino Frances and Invierno. Great staff at check-in. Enough Pilgrims to make it interesting, but a little more of an upscale feel. Close to food, Templar castle.

Clean rooms - 7 beds to a room with it's own shower and toilet. Kitchen/dining area was big. Lounge was comfortable. Right in the middle of town.

Everything is all comfortable. Great location. Nice staff. It’s a great choice for pilgrim.

Ideal stop-over in Ponferrada. Close to everything including a laundry mat next door and a grocery store. In old town.

Right on the Camino, so easy to find. Very clean and spacious. Nice display of Camino memorabilia to purchase. Code for the door meant my room mate and didn’t have to vie for the only key.

Reception were not as friendly and helpful and some Albergues.

Location, comfortable beds

Staff seemed a little put off having to deal with pilgrims walking the camino. Desk staff in evening and morning staff. Just didn't seem to like their jobs. :( ?

Very spacious clean utilitarian

This place is big and full of what you need. Excellent private rooms upstairs, although I couldn’t get the bed-lights to work. A nice modern design. Laundry facilities and a kitchen to use.

Very clean, convenient, large room

The shower had three fixed settings (overhead, middle, lower) and a loose nozzle and the room was spacious and clean. The check-in was smooth. Very modern.

Maybe a bit pricey. The side lamps seemed to not work.

Excellent facilities

Dampness in laundry room when so many people are drying clothes inside at the same time.Need to proactively notify guests that ceiling lights are centrally controlled, and that AC will not come on if the window is open. (It got very hot in the dorm room due to south exposure / large window.)

It was clean & had lots of amenties.

The set-up of the shower - it was hard to shower with the ‘timer’ water & I couldn’t find a good spot to put my cloths without them getting wet .. maybe put a small table or more shower hooks.

After the previous day on the Camino descending into molinaseca, I took a rest day here largely for the sauna, and it was a game changer!!! 15 euro and there was no limit on how long I could stay in there. Also very clean albergue, convenient kitchen & laundry, little tables with charging ports by every bed, even the top bunks! Also very friendly and helpful staff!
