Room thermostat did not work. Control button was broken. Difficult to explain that to the hotel staff.

room is clean but a little tiny, the breakfast a little simple too,the bed is comfortable.

The reception is professional

Very comfortable! Excellent A/C. Fabulous breakfast! Excellent staff Roberto helped us several times with multiple issues.

The hotel location is great with good access by car and walking distance from the old town. The room was good size and the breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

The room had only one sockets by the bed to charge the tv but only in one side, and none close to the tv, travelling two people in twin beds, the least to have enough sockets to charge the phones. The room was clean but there were clear spots of dust. I believe price/quality expected could be better.

A little disappointing there was no restaurant or bar during our stay if we had known we would have stayed elsewhere.

We have been staying in many hotels while travelling around but this hotel is by far the best!The breakfast was superb and the beds and pillows were so very comfortable!

I would like a proper cup to have a cup of tea or coffee in my room rather than a tiny paper cup. I did, however, appreciate tea and coffee equipment in the room as so many hotels do not provide this in Spain.

It’s just a ways off the Camino, but generally, it was a wonderful stay, especially when compared to some of the places we’ve experienced

Shower was difficult and very slippery. Pillows were too hard.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hot shower was good. Breakfast was okay and check in/out was easy. Susana from the front desk was so charming and helpful.

Because of the location, the street noise late at night was a bit more than anticipated

Had a lovely stay. Room was fabulous and staff were excellent, always willing to help and provide service especially the gentleman at the front desk. Great to find somewhere that has easy, accessible parking and great amenities in the room.

10-minute walk to old town. The good value made up for the short walk

Nothing, everything was good

Location is excellent for visiting the town, breakfast was varied and plentiful. Parking our motorcycles in the secure garage is an added bonus.

Very central location, good sized rooms,good wi FI, parking nearby. Very clean and close to bars, restaurants and cafes. English speaking staff. Check in was excellent thanks to Ricardo (I think that’s his name) he could not have been more helpful, as was the receptionist during day on Saturday & Sunday.

Checkout, gentleman who checked us out, ignored me for several minutes and checked me out while continuing his conversation with no thank you for our custom over a 3 night stay, disappointing given the great service from previous 2 people on reception.
