Brilliant breakfast served by friendly and helpful staff

One of the rooms did not have a fan and we could not get one.

Our room had a balcony with a view of the river. Pool was clean and great temperature.

Quiet location, right by a paseo maritimo, a beach, Burger King, Eroski grocery store, and the bridge that takes you to Illa de Arousa. Room was spacious, with a wonderful view out toward the island. It was a great stay, and I enjoyed having the restaurant on-site as well as the pools. The hotel has a resort feel.

There is no soundproofing and the couple in the room next to me were speaking very loudly, all of which I could hear. Slept with earplugs in :). Thankfully the second night there was no one in the room next door. An option for gluten-free bread in the morning would have been nice. I had eggs and fruit both mornings, which were good, but it would have been nice to partake in the plentiful bread/jams/butter option I saw others having.

Excellent location with secure parking especially if on motorbikes and you can park next to the reception. Two swimming pools however the better one was within the campsite which Hotel residents can use. Quality and quantity of breakfast surpassed expectations, amazing choice of hot and cold food. Staff in all areas were excellent though some had limited English but most campsite and Hotel visitors were Spanish.

Noise in the hotel from guests and other rooms was appalling. You can hear TVs, coughing, conversation and water and flushing from the bathrooms. Beds and comfort was basic. Little expensive/not value for money.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and well cared for. The staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the price and there was plenty of variety, including bacon and eggs, although only one cup of coffee was allowed. The swimming pool was great too - good size and very clean. It was quiet, off the main road, there was free parking, and a good lift. We were surprised it was only one star.

We ordered an evening meal - I ordered roast lamb, but it was very fatty and bony and didn't taste like lamb. It came with some chips but for what it was it was very expensive. The waitress said it came with vegetables but it didn't. My husband ordered lamb chops which also came with chips and was equally expensive. The chops were mainly bone - we have never seen chops with so little meat on. It was the worst meal we have ever eaten unfortunately, and it spoiled a very positive experience.

The location was great and the customer service was wonderful. My room was clean and comfortable.

I was doing the Camino and the weather was bad. There didn’t seem to be many dinner options within a short walk and I didn’t have a longer walk left in me that night.

The staff were lovely,very helpful and accomodating. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options including eggs, ham, juice, coffee.

Located on the camino Portuguese as you come in to Vilanova de Arousa. The beds are very comfortable. The room is a good size, but it was a bit noisy. Shower temperature is set to 38C, which was fine for me, but others might want a hotter shower.

Wifi was weak and unreliable. I had good connections for about five minutes, but then I kept getting kicked off. There is no options for food nearby. I would have liked an in-hotel laundry centre. The cost is a bit high for camino pilgrims.

That place is amazing, the staff really helpful and friendly. Our food was really good, the room was really clean and prepared for us; also cleaned well on a daily basis. Swimming pools were clean and excellent for any weather. Everything was accurate with the description. The only problem for us was that without a car it was difficult to get there and even harder to return but it has nothing to do with the hotel. I strongly recommend that hotel if you want to relax, enjoy a lot of nature and water. I will definitely try to return to that hotel.

So close to the beach, great location. Picnic breakfast was amazing as I had to leave before breakfast started. Vegetarian option was good :)

Great family hotel! Thanks for the hospitality! On the territory there are two wonderful pools, there are places for camping. There is a wonderful cafe nearby with great food! I had a great time!
