Beach access and pool area

No coffee maker in room and none available until 8:30 am,and no place even close to get any

Location

Very noisy, zero soundproof, you can hear even whispering from the next room. It was so annoying.

Very pleasant but spoiled by dinner menu

Having visited the hotel twice before, on this visit the food choices at dinner were well below what which was anticipated from previous visits. We have another stay booked for October but are seriously considering cancelling.?

It was ok

A bit far from the centre. Receptionist was rude. As you can see. I use B. Com regularly. And 95% of my reviews are great. I think Julia. Was obnoxious. I asked if a disabled pensioner could just park for 30 mins. As he was only having a coffee with me. Her answer. Park on the road. I did ask very politely. She wasn’t bothers. Up her own Ass.

Clean modern

Staff were unhelpful.. Took 30 minutes to check in and get them to open the car park gate cost 8€.. Had to eat a buffet dinner for 17€ luke warm food no choice.. No insulation could hear everything maintenance man let himself in with out knocking when we're in bed

Fantastic location and staff were good

Hôtel was unclean, dirt, sand and dust everywhere. Room was small and hair in the bathroom and in the room Seemed that the only thing that got done was the bed

This is the second time we have stayed and we will be back for certain. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea from our balcony, the pool was excellent and we loved being so close to the beach.

The check in was a little long and the breakfast wasn’t as good this year as it was last year, it lacked the variety (but was still delicious).

Parking was difficult for handicapped person

The property and staff were great. As long as you used Google Translate for notes around the hotel, it was great. There were a few staff members who spoke English, but all staff members were open to conversation when I used the Translate app.

The memo board at the front desk could have had a translated English copy to assist guests who do not speak Spanish.

Breakfast was okay

Property is not looked after, it needs refurbishment. Very poor soundproofing - you can hear neighbours talking in the next room. Not a place you would enjoy spending your holiday, but possible to sleep for a night

The beach location made it for us, gorgeous beach and cocktail bar which did snacks and cocktails at reasonable prices, the ambiance was great.

The lifts were all connected but only 2 went down to the -1 floor where wheelchairs were accessible to the dining room and exit to most facilities, this incurred long delays. It would be good if the 2 that had wheelchairs on would be on a separate system. I

Indoor pool was good but overcrowded

Air-conditioning in room didn't work, left balcony door open for air but the noise from the bar was too loud. Could hear next doors TV. Our own TV didn't work. Breakfast was nice but can't say the same for dinner. Maybe because it was out of season there wasn't as much choice. Would stay again in summer when the outdoor pools are warm enough to get in. Access to the beach was great, but again it was out of season so the bar/cafe wasn't open.

The ONLY thing good about this Hotel is the view from your room, thats pretty much it.

Check in takes 30 minutes and YES that's even when you complete the pre book in forms with all your information and ID and you pay for everything upfront, thank heavens we were second in line, hanging around for 30 mins with a newborn after a traveling day was not good, some people said they took over an hour!Breakfast is COLD and not at all tasty, go with the baked goods and a coffee, everything else is pretty bad.We requested a cot, had it confirmed and NO cot, asked reception twice (You will need to speak Spanish, Tip!) and still no cot and the air conditioning was broken or worked for 5 minutes & then would stop again, very bad overall and thank god it was April so we could sleep with the balcony door open so the room eventually cooled around midnight.We live in another part of Spain and we have hotels whose market is the MUCH older generation, clearly this hotel is for them, as a couple we are 30s and 40s and we were the youngest there, even more so with a baby so expect a very older clientele, and this may be ideal if you are older, the hotel is very 70s and not in a cool retro way, its just clearly not had any work done and to be fair doesn't need to as the older people didn't mind but from a family or business visit perspective I would never return, especially given the multiple choices in the area, I just wish they had made this more clear from the start, but it was only one night so you live and learn, hope you find this review helpful, also one other thing, there is no kettle in the room ;)

The beach was right on the doorstep with direct access from the hotel. The views from the hotel to the beach were lovely. Staff were helpful.

The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Noisy neighbours make it impossible to get to sleep. There's no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Trying to find cups ,milk cereal ,no bowls find the person cooking eggs for bowls milk and ceral soup cold ,bacon dripping in fat and cold as restaurant opened 1 microwave to heat very cold food ,3 coffee machines for about 600 people to get tea and coffee and then supplied cardboard cups ,toasters that did not toast ,better service on the beach bar.j

Just explained that meal with cockroaches running around chairs restaurant filthy.very poor

Excellent location by beach. Food was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Entertainment was fun and unexpected. Secure parking but had to pay for that. Room clean and tidy.

No tea making facilities in the room. Very busy in restaurant. No comfortable lounge to sit in.

Proximity to beach & facilities

A kettle & tea/ coffee facility in room would add to experience. Pool cleanliness not up to scratch
