Quiet, clean hotel with friendly staff situated 5 minutes from the beach

Restaurant being opened The fact that the any extra including breakfast drinks Cetra at the end was added together, and then the tax put on it, and this includes a room that I had paid for in advance, so as I thought my bill would be probably 39, it came to 84. I queried this at the time and they said the room was extra money. I said I would take it up with a booking.com and I think it should be explained that when you run out of bill they said theyre going to add on taxes which has never happened to me in a hotel in Spain before through booking.com. Very disappointed wouldnt stay there again due to this .

central location not far from beach.

nothing to dislike - I think my stay was at a quiet time.

Hotel Quino provided me with a super comfortable and warm welcoming stay .All staff including the owner and family could not have been more hospital and helpful ,providing me with extra support when I had an accident, helping with phone calls and local information etc ,to enable me to get treatment. Special mention to Quino who managed the hotel at night, really helpful professional

Liked everything

Very friendly and helpful staff at the family run hotel. Everything is extremely clean including fresh towels and bed sheets every day! Walking distance to sandy beach and restaurants.

Bedrooms a little dated and a lack of views, but neither detracted from the quality of our holiday.

The breakfast wasn't great and added to our bill at checkout.

Lovely staff that do everything for you. The family taking care of you and the place with their heart. Good breakfast and every day clean room, bed and towels. Should have more stars!

The shower was bad . Wc seatwas broken.

Nice clean hotel..friendly staff.good central location..it would benefit if drink facilities were in the room..overall a good experience.will definitely return..

Nothing to dislike..

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They also gave us the use of a parking spot when it was available as I have walking difficulties. It appeared to be a family run business and everyone did there best to help where necessary.

The room needs a mini fridge to keep at least a bottle of water cool in the hot weather, and coffee making facilities. The room could do with a little refurb to freshen it up.

The staff were very helpful and friendlyThe manager was always making sure our stay was comfortable. He spoke very little English and we spoke almost no Spanish but we got there in the end !Nothing was to much trouble. The room is a bit old fashioned but it was comfortable and spacious with air con.The housekeeper was lovely and kept our room very clean everyday and changed our towels. This hotel is great for a 2 star right in the centre of guardamar. The beach is 5 minutes walk away.

Probably the only thing that was missing was tea and coffee facilities but again this is a 2 star and you can ask at any time day or night down stairs and the staff are happy to provide this.

A lovely relaxing stay in family run Hotel where the staff are attentive and do everything with a smile on their faces. Substantial breakfast with good range of food. A very short walk down the street to the beach or swimming Pool. Very close to town Centre and an excellent range of Shops and places to eat.

We keep returning. It suits our family needs.

it's a Great hotel to stay in Guardamar. The breakfast was excellent, the personel was very kind and helpfull.

Great location for town restaurants and beach. Very hard working staff who do everything they can to make your stay sensational. Fantastic breakfast. very clean modern rooms with balcony.

Excellent breakfast. Very clean room and very modern bathroom few streets from the beach and really good eateries close by. Staff are exceptional, we have stayed several times and have never been disappointed.

Nothing really. Parking can sometimes be difficult if you want to park close to the hotel but have always found a space.

i was sure i had booked a breakfast every day but was told i hadnt ... wasnt sure how to verify this ? ... was quite surprised when i saw what i had been charged for a room ..

The service was outstanding and was very clean and convenient location for everywhere we needed to be staff helped us with everything we needed and probably one of the best hotels Ive stayed in

Bed was very comfortable. I'm a poor sleeper. But slept very well on the bed, also staff were very very polite.

Thought for the price, a continental breakfast would have been included.

Quaint hotel with wonderful staff

Noise from the room next door

Very convenient for the high street and shopping in one direction and the beach and front in the other. A lovely sea side resort.

Only street parking available, could be difficult in June, July & August !
