Really a good..Kitchen staff was so good.Very good breakfast.Miss nothing.

.Though the price was high for a pentionist

Air conditioning worked very well... outside was +30C but I needed to run it only occasionally.In room 305 I had no issue with outside noise. There is one window, then blinds then another window then curtain and it is third floor so it is fine.Bed and pillows were comfortable so I slept very wellSome metal parts were visibly corroded in the room but otherwise it seemed clean up to my standards.

Very low value for money. I was there in july on weekend in high season and price per night was about €110 for small room with one bedI visited Guardamar on several occasions and stayed in hotel Levante, Quino and Eden Mar. Eden Mar at the same time was cheaper per day and provided better room. Levante and Quino are equally worse and Mediterráneo worst... at least the room 305 I had.The room looked like from 1993 and the modernized parts from 2005, or like you would visit grandma.Pictures you see in description are not for the particular room you will get. It is mixed and each room is differentEven if I had no issues with outside noise the walls inside are thin. I heard woman speaking russian over phone for 2 hours straight and every word was audible... sometimes I could hear person on the other side of the phone. And then few other calls I was not interested in... but this is an issue with many hotels.Also same like in many other hotels if you want to sleep after 8AM you have to use earplugs because corridors have no sound damping and you hear all the doors slamming and carriage pushing

That there was no where to sit and have a drink in the evening, maybe in the summer this might change

The beds were comfy, the room was spotless and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

A well run hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff.Very close to beach and to a range of local eateries.Major Super markets very close . Lift to all floors. Help always available to those who need it.

Beds were very hard!We did mention this as we were checking out -to be told we should have told them and they would haven changed the room (we should have but didn’t want to make a fuss)

Bathroom a little 'tired' and shower over bath no so good but still great value for money

The location is great, in the heart of the town. Breakfast is a buffet and then they will cook eggs or bacon for you to order. Very nice. Room was very clean and comfy and they had left snacks for us, as we arrived around midnight. No hairdryer, but I'm sure reception would have one. Good value for money, we've stayed here a few times and no complaints.

Parking - some evenings we had to drive around to find a space, so it might be harder in the busy summer.

Very good plentiful breakfast, with a freshly cooked omelette if wanted. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very good shower and comfortable bed.

Everything suited our needs.

A lovely friendly welcome the staff couldn’t do enough for you nothing was too much trouble even doing me an early breakfast 7am instead of 8.30 as I had to be away early.Very clean good facilities, very comfortable bed , nice big balcony to sit on .Excellent breakfast plenty of choice well worth the money location was perfect close to beach, shops restaurants and supermarkets would highly recommend And the best cappuccino I’ve ever had 10/10
