Didn't have breakfast. We like the location and have stayed at same hotel on several occasions.Our only dislike was the room was small compared to previous occasions. I am 6feet + and part of this room had very low ceilings.

A bigger room would have been appreciated.

Small private garden were we could walk our dog. Cafeteria food was good. Clean and spacious room.

Area around hotel wasn’t very nice and we could hear lots of dogs barking all the time

This is a very nice, well appointed hotel, with a good restaurant and more casual cafeteria.

Not close to shops except a Chinese bazaar that did have a small food section with cold drinks and snacks.

The room was large and very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The atmosphere in the bar was welcoming. The location was very convenient and ample parking with easy access very helpful with 2 dogs!

Sadly the walk into the rural area was blocked by road works constructing a new bridge. It is in a semi industrial area however there is a nice garden and quiet lane behind the hotel.

The rooms were very comfortable. Value for money is excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect for the ferry.

We like the location only 20 minutes from Santander.A hotel visited by plenty of locals giving the bar a great atmosphere. Shame access to a river walk is currently out of use.

It was a cool evening and we expected the heating in the room to come on...but it didn't. This didn't spoil our stay but perhaps should be noted for stays at this time of year.( November )

Comfortable beds - good access to Santander ferry about 20 minutes

Noisy and busy bar full of men playing cards /lottery - too busy to get a table for a drink and a snack !Breakfast in the dining room also too busy with visiting basketball team taking all the food from the buffet (just bad timing!)

Good simple rooms helpful reception and bar used by locals too

Close to the camino del norte. We had cold beers in the cafe after our walk in the afternoon, and an excellent dinner at their restaurant in the evening.

Liked the bar, where lots of locals were playing board games. Restaurant was very good. Waiter was helpful. Food was excellent.

Room was too hot, even though the radiators were not on.

Family run hotel. Easy access. Good car parking.Great 'jefe'

the cafe/bar was occupied by locals smoking and playing cards etc. nothing wrong with that of course but it would have been nice to have places where you could sit quietly.

Located along the Camino del Norte. Busy hotel with a bar and restaurant. Food was good and affordable. Room was comfortable. Strong, hot shower. Netflix available on TV. Comfortable bed.

We stopped at the hotel on our way to Arrasate. The place is nice and clean, besides there was a wonderful playground 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The only gripe was that I couldn't turn the central heating down. I tried two ways, but in the end had to sleep with the window open. P.S. I still can't get used to Spanish eating habits, the dinner was served from 20 00, which was way to late for my 3 year old son ?

Whilst Viveda is somewhat industrial the Hotel is in a pleasant residential area with easy access to a riverside walk...excellent for dog walkers !As well as a restaurant the bar area is also pleasant and spacious.Great to see many locals enjoying themselves.

Normally the bar area provides food but on this occasion only limited snacks were available. However even they were quite substantial...and good value.

Easy to find and ideal for getting to ferry. we were able to park egg inside the hotel. Helpful and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and lovely powerful shower. Really liked the bar with lots of friendly locals. We also enjoyed a good value 3 course meal in the restaurant.
