Nice place. Great location.The staff was also very nice. There's a parking 50 m from the Hospedeira.

Very cozy and it was on the Camino. In top of it, you get a free bottle of wine.

Did not have it,We left earlier than it was available.

There was no heat in the room.The staff at the desk said that someone came in the evening to turn the heat on, but it never happened..There was a heavy blanket in the cupboard that was provided, and that turned out to provide sufficient warmth for sleeping, but some people would have wanted the actual room heated instead of just the bed.

Great location, easy walking distance to sites. Friendly helpful staff. Would stay again!

Nice, clean room with warm, comfy bed. Complimentary chocolates in the room, thank you, perfect for St Valentine! And a complimentary coffee when we arrived. Very attentive staff. Lovely stay, and just 3 minutes up the hill from the heart of Santillana.

In the old historic town, family run and very good value

Everything was good.

The beautiful location and the building itself is very pretty. The property is a very short walk from the centre of the old town which is medieval and very much worth seeing.

A bit pricey for what you get. The city is a bit touristy and kitschy.

The view and location were insanely beautiful. The bedroom was clean, cosy and a good size. The bed was comfy and I had my best night's sleep here. I loved sitting on the balcony gazing into the hills.

My friends found a centipede in their bathroom. Unideal! They evacuated the little guy but perhaps the room could have been checked more thoroughly.

Small indistinct rooms, not like the photos. Breakfast basic but cheap. Bath with no plug and then just a shrug from reception to say they are stolen and so basically hard luck.

Parking a short walk up and down a steep hill with luggage. Breakfast poor.

Very unhelpful staff, un friendly .They chatted amongst themselves and looked on their phones when we were trying to order.The shower was broken .

I couldn't sleep at night due to the rumours arriving from the next room. Bad insonorization, expecially if people scream and moaning while make love all night!!!

Such a lovely place to stay. Good, clean, spacious room in lovely building 5 mins from centre of old town. Very helpful staff. Very convenient free car parking.

Beautiful place and only a short walk into historic centre of Santillana.Room and bathroom clean and bright.

Room was on the small side and we did feel it was slightly overpriced, particularly as no view.

Clean space(with a tub!), central location for pilgrims and very friendly and accommodating staff.
