Location close to main route through Spain .. lots of fast food outlets and Aldi a few minutes walk from hotelPet friendly clean bright rooms some with large balconies to catch some sun and safe for our 2 small dogs Lovely bathroomsThere’s a small quiet park behind Aldi next to hotel very handy for dogsOutdoor bar in very nice garden .. dogs not allowed on grass We’ve stayed in this hotel many times no charges for dogs or car parking Plenty of room for cars no problem for large 4x4Perfect overnight stop over from Santander to The Algarve and very reasonably priced

Beds could do with a topper and better pillows A/C not controllable Road outside front of hotel busy request a room at the back overlooking garden if bothered

Loads of parking, friendly staff, great cafeteria open until late.

On a warm night with an open window, quite a bit of road noise.

Good stopover on route to Portugal plus dog friendly & good value. Bit noisy in the night with other guests in the corridor. Easy parking close to entrance.

The beds were too hard.

Well situated, staff very friendly, room and bathroom were spacious and warm, comfy beds, welcomed our dog without any problem

Location & bathroom were fine. Parking right outside was helpful.

Advertised as dog friendly,but unable to use restaurant as dogs not allowed,same for breakfast room. Only option for food was to get something from local supermarket! Room was very clinical & bare of usual facilities expected from a 4 star hotel.

Good location

The hearing was full on everywhere, and could not be switched off. Very uneconomical, bad for environment and uncomfortable

I was traveling with my dog and she got very sick in the night. I needed to see an emergency vet and the receptionist was very helpful to do some research and found me a vet I could see with my dog within a short time. Very helpful and very friendly. Can highly recommend the place as everything is excellent, friendly and very clean.

The location was fine, we were able to park our car really easily and there was plenty of space. We decided to walk in to town, this was a pleasant enough walk along the river and through a park, even after dark it was okay. The huge balcony was really good, even if it did look over the road. Our dog was able to stay

The bath is very slippy needed towel to stop slipping and a high step in for those less mobile

The staff was excellent and the rooms were quite nice.

Only thing we didn't like was that the air conditioning was turned off for the season I believe. That would have been fine except the heat was turned on and we had no control over that other than opening the window.

Great location for overnight stay enroute to the Algarve . Lots of free parking ..pet friendly no charge.. lovely garden with outdoor bar and pool .. closed in October but the weather was cold wet and windy Very close to fast food outlets .. Japanese restaurant next door ..shopping center minutes away ..around a 30 minute walk from historic centerRooms are bright and clean with fridge and safe and well equipped bathroom good sound proofing from busy road Our second stay here and will return

The pillows and bed were hard needs a bed topper and no mattress protection only a thin sheet to cover

As long as you are capable of walking then it's perfectly situated on southern side of city 25 minutes walk to centre. Even if you don't care to walk it's only 5 euro taxi ride.Swift access to main local motorway. Which we used on our journey down to Toledo.Parking was free, safe and right outside hotel main doors.Also Aldi nearby for buying essentials.Rooms were spacious and spotless with comfortable bed..The staff couldn't be more helpful throughout the hotel.We found the evening meal in hotel excellent quality and value for money .Breakfast was adequate for 8 euro price.Would definitely stop here again

Hotel and staff are fantastic! And the hotel grounds are fab. We had 2 dogs with us so plenty of room.

The air conditioning is not strong enough. My dogs didn’t sleep all night as were severely overheating

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was also quite spacious. We were there for a night so it was good. Parking is just in front. It takes 30 min walk to the city. Uber/cabify etc don’t work in Salamanca so you need to call a taxi if you don’t want to walk

Breakfast. It is a waste of money of 8 euro p.p. I wish we had walked away. Everything was so old. Bread and other pastry was old and hard. The boiled eggs were probably a few days old. Cafe with milk from the machine is horrible. Plain coffee was acceptable. Please don’t breakfast there.

This was our second stopover on our way to Santander. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. We slept really well. The room was clean. The air con worked very well, especially in the 30 degrees+. There was a fridge with bottles of water which we really appreciated. The garden area was open which was lovely! The menu of the day was good costing 15 euros which was an amazing price! The added bonus: large TV to watch England win 2-1 in the semi finals! We will be back! Thank you all! Highly recommend!

Stayed many times and never been disappointed. Lovely staff and nice large rooms. Very dog friendly with no additional fees.
