Pros +
- This is a great option for a modest, laid-back stay. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The staff were mostly pleasant and helpful, with one notable exception: the manager overseeing the buffet was quite unpleasant and rude. This was a minor issue in an otherwise positive experience

- We liked our room, spacious, nice viewsJoseph the receptionist is absolutely amazing, very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
Cons -
- The manager overseeing the buffet could benefit from more training in customer service and professional conduct.
- The bed was quite bad. It was too soft, most probably because it was old. I could feel one of the springs on my back. The shower has accordion doors, and inside the doors were dirty.
- Navigating to the backyard parking was a bit tricky. A visible sign on the gate would help.

The breakfast was fantastic, the waitress helping out with breakfast was great, and my check-in guy was really good. I had a bit of a tough time finding the front door, but my issue, not theirs (perhaps a sign on the first door you come to could help). The bedroom was spacious and served my needs and while the cheapest for the weekend, it was by no means cheap. The wifi was pretty bad and kept dropping. The shower had one issue and it was that the shower head had a huge leak that would spray all over the room. I took a look at it and they really just need a new shower head (5 Euro), and some plumbers tape to make it not spray all over. They looked like they knew it was an issue as they had a squeegee in the room. The towels were scratchy and the bedspread was quite dated, but I expected that when I booked it for the cheapest price in town. I did ask what the price would be for an extra night and was quoted more for a Monday night after the World Cup races than I'd paid for the Saturday and Sunday. Sounds like the owner was just trying to make some extra money on this, but I had to turn it down. Found a place in Cortina proper that was cheaper. Lastly, the buses out to the town from Cortina are intermittent and run infrequently. I think the last one was before 8 pm and the time changed every night. It would sometimes go over an hour between buses so you really needed to be on the schedule.
The broken shower head. The scratchy towels, and dated bedspreads.
Staff was friendly
Facility was very old. Elevators take forever and the ventilation is awful.
Great value stay right in centre of lovely town. Fantastic mountain views. Superb breakfast
Good value for the money. Best part of this hotel was the receptionist! He was super nice and welcoming :)
Somewhat small shower and short beds
Nice stuff, clean and great location
The price is too high for such small room and antique équipements
The location, parking and very friendly and helpful staff.
The bathroom cleanness (the water did not drain from the shower)
- Very beatiful location- Clean and comfortable- Pets friendly
Lovely old building
The place needs a good update. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights, Showers are so tiny and rosehead in showers very low. There was hair on our bed and floor. Lift needs updating to. For the price, we expected better tidyness.
The most fantastic and charming little stay with delicious breakfast and friendly staff just minutes from bus stop (bus directly from Venice and directly to Dolomites)
The waiter is quite polite
The bed is uneven, the sheets are not made of cotton, and the sound insulation of the room is not good...
The room was ok ok, it can be little more spacious, even though i booked twin bed, but they gave me single bed, that is sad to say.
The room feel congested, after all i came here not to spend whole time in appartment, so it is fine. But if it is spacious, it would be far better
Thé zone was very Beautifull but The Reception Guy was not nice in thé evening I came there .I dont recommend to anyone .
Bad réception in hotel
Pablo in reception was super lovely. Great service. Great location near restaurants and bus stop
The hotel is simple but I am used to it. The room was little cold.
The location is very very good and The person at the entrance to the hut is a really good person.
My late installation was surprising... skylight open in rainy weather, water when I arrived (it happens but the staff who intervened to fix it were very unpleasant, as if it was my fault).Old bed (spring), very poor noise insulation with the corridor, making it difficult to go to bed early or get up late.
Very friendly and nice receptionist, the locality is pretty.
The equipment and the rooms overall was quite old looking and very small for the prize.
I paid €170 for a prison cell with a couch for a bed
Dirty, runs down . Over priced . The rooms where disgusting. It was like a prison cell.
Wifi coverage was perfect.
100 Italian channels on TV, but not one in English or German.Unfriendly "Breakfast Manager"Room was not properly cleaned. Toilet seat was only attached on one hinge. Broken-off soap tray in shower could stab you.
