- The hotel was very clean and cozy with a very nice breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly as well and the location was very close to the beach.
- Got food poisoning and there was cockroaches in the room, but still we are very satisfied! The food was generous and the free bar was lovely.
- Very clean room. Staff were always helpful
Cons -
- Shame there wasn’t English speaking entertainers all was catered for the French
- Unfortunately all entertainment was in French , and room was very noisy. Also cleaning staff never knocked just let themselves in which was quite embarrassing the first morning as I was dressing . Food was of low quality but because it was a large selection you could find something to eat . No snack menu to order with all inclusive, just a few random items put out to pick from .
- The room was up a flight of stairs and we had a baby and buggy so that wasn’t ideal. It was also close to the bar so was very noisy with music until late. Would be better if you placed the families on ground floors and in a quieter area of the resort as they tend to have earlier nights. One of the guests was vegan and there was limited options in the food, only salad and fruit.

Spotlessly clean, fantastic staff.

The staff were friendly. And the other people staying at the hotel. The pool was very big. The room was a good size. The place was clean. The style of apartment buildings were very beautiful with traditional decor and nice detail.

Full of old people over 65 only location not good have to get cab every were which wasn’t cheap cab to airport cos 100euro
Food was ok stuff can’t talk any English
Nice that breakfast was included although not much choice. The location was alright - you can taxi into banus and it’s not too expensive, there is probably a bus also although we were only there for 2 nights. Nice big pool and plenty of loungers. The hotel was clean and the shower was fineThere’s a pub or two in the hotel grounds that you can make use of instead of walking to either town although staff are rude. Very scenic outside the rooms
A little bit of a quiet area but if you’re looking for this then it’ll be a perk for you. Staff can be quite rude towards English. Lots of French in this hotel for some reason so no one was really friendly to us.
Staff were nice, the exterior walls and decorations were well maintained. View of the hills was good. Location is near the main road so easy access and only a 10 min walk to the beach side. Staff tidied up and cleaned the room everyday. Variety of food options and desserts and some cold food available for late night checkins.
Rooms were a bit small. Room A/c's fan worked but there was no cooling. Room fan helped a bit but without the A/c it was not pleasant. Bed mattress was soft and hard enough to support you so was uncomfortable. Although they have a very good kitchen setup and lot of food options, many of the food items could have been more tastier for sure,
Unique, quaint, beautifully presented inside and out. The village plan idea works extremely well. Great to have bus route outside of hotel, and pleasant walk down to the seafront. Breakfast was excellent, superb choice and all good quality. And reasonable number of parking spaces in area too, a real bonus. A really lovely hotel.
Not really a complaint, but would have been nice to have had a room with a better view of the plazas and/ or trees/ flowers, that are in abundance. Would have been helpful to have more information about the use of the pool/ bar area, as there was confusion between those of us who were 'normal' visitors and those who were on 'package all-inclusive holidays': we were initially given the impression that we were not allowed to use the pool area: this was rectified but it was still very vague.
A fantastic place, we wish to stay longer. A beautiful hotel with patios, large swimming pool, bar and restaurant. If you are looking to stay in lovely place, drinking cocktails by the pool this is definitely a place for you. Super nice staff, very helpful. Our room was good size and cleaned every day. Breakfast was the best but you can find nice dishes at the dinner as well. We will be back!
A lovely place to stay but I’ll suggest to rent a car if you are willing to visit Marbella town or bike if you want to go to Puerto Banus. What I would like to suggest the wine could be better, especially that it’s in Spain, they have amazing wine and not expensive, the one in hotel was poor quality.
great breakfast. great pool.
ear infection from the pool
Horrific
There was a cockroach in the room. Broken air conditioning and staff who did not give a toss about this
the location is good and staff very friendly
cockroaches in the bedroom. had to change room. very noisy guests and walls paper thin . expensive for what it is in my opinion
air conditioning, wifi, beautiful pool, seems like the French people were having great activities.
I did not know that i had booked a room at an all inclusive resort with only French families!!! And, I had to walk 2.5 miles to get to the actually town of Marbella. But, it was a beautiful walk.
AC was not working properly, Recepsionists does not know SOPs of the hotel, no bottle of WATER in the room and if you call reception they don't bring it in the room you have to go down and pay at vending machine, also no minivar in the room and if you want to use safe you need to oay extra money for that. Disaster!!!!
it’s the worst hotel in Marbella
BE CAREFUL!! its the worst hotel ever, they never answer you when you send them a message, the rooms are not clean, and it smells shit all the time. the bed is not comfy at all, you have no blanket. the hotel is really dirty. I found a cockroach in the room. I asked them many times to clean it or to even wave away the bad smell in the rooms, they barely listen to you. don’t stay in this hotel everything is bad in it
The first few days of my stay were excellent. I rate 5 stars for everything.
About 5 or 6 days into my stay I was removed from my room for no reason. Seems like they gave my room to someone else which was very rude and disrespectful. The new room that I was assigned was dirty, the blankets had hairs on it from what seems to be the previous visitor. When I complained about this, the cleaner literally walked out with the blankets, did not realize I was watching her and came right back in with the same dirty sheets. Once again I complained because my skin was itchy from having to sleep there the night before. The new room was a complete downgrade to what I originally booked. There was 2 twin beds placed together to make 1 full bed, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. The last few days of my stay were not so pleasant.
Enjoyed our room with a balcony thst had a mountain views. Breakfast was really good
Beds could have been more comfortable. Would have been nice to have a water bottle, at least on an arrival.
Clean, friendly and well maintained
The beverages at breakfast need improvement.
Never again
Had a 8 month old and no facility’s to make my baby’s bottle with sterilised water, wouldn’t let me use the coffe machine for the water had to buy bottled water which isn’t sterilised and put it in the microwave! Paid 305€ left after 1 night as I couldn’t feed my baby!
