Pros +
- Good location, good view and a great room overall.
- Really central location, and the hotel fitted all our requirements.Congratulations to the management team on their employee management, saying this without meeting them because I know employee motivation comes from above and for me and my partner, the best of Los Lanceros is it's staff. From the amazing Charo and how helpful and nice she was all the time, to the evening security person that realized we could not park late in the evening as there was no park place and warned it's colleagues from the morning shift we shouldn't be charged for that evening, to the older gentleman working in the bar that made sure our coffees were not charged as we had already paid the parking we did not used. All of these are examples for me that show staff is motivated to keep it's customers happy, but also it's empowered to take decisions on the go that allow for an increase in customer satisfaction, like our example. Please keep it up, value your staff, they are great employees and as I said at the beginning and without reducing any value on the Hotel itself, the best in Los Lanceros was it's staff! Thank you to you all.
- It is a traditional hotel not far from the famous monastery. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant and it is enjoyable to scan their collection of daily newpapers while taking coffee.
Cons -
- One of the staff members was a bit rude. The restraunt that was connect to this hotel was also completely horrible. Worst quality than Burger King for 10 times the price. They gave us the wrong order, then over charged us. Lastly, bad wifi issues.
- The food in the restaurant is a real let down. Evening meal didnt taste fresh. They didnt inform that certain items were not available and replaced them with others without telling. Quality was just poor and cheaply done. But service lady was so lovely
- Very expensive price for breakfast without squeeze orange juice , parking and no working air conditioner

Very clean. Great location. Lovely staff
The food in the restaurant is a real let down. Evening meal didnt taste fresh. They didnt inform that certain items were not available and replaced them with others without telling. Quality was just poor and cheaply done. But service lady was so lovely
So close to the monastery and the staff were exceptional. Good underground parking.
Great private parking at a price, charging for an electric car at a cost and very close to centre of town. Met owner/manager lovely lady who helped us with charging.
Location
Very expensive price for breakfast without squeeze orange juice , parking and no working air conditioner
I loved the patio and jacuzzi, a lovely hotel.
The hotel carpet had a strong smell and I was allergic to dust.
The view
The bathroom. We thought we’d have a bathtub but we had an old shower
Staff most helpful, my Spanish is poor so they did their best. Nothing too much trouble. They are very welcoming. The food was first class and very low priced.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The staff were friendly, breakfast was good and close to the Monastery.
Good selection for breakfast, may be more selection with hot food. Location great
No coffee / tea or kettle in room
Helpfull comfortable clean
Thought breakfast was included
Staff friendly. Close to the monestry and town
Estaba muy cerca a la estación. Amplia, limpia y cómoda.
The hotel was very near the Monasterio, the location was perfect! It's good because we don't need to call for Uber to get to the locations we want to go to. About the hotel, the room was clean, bed was perfectly made and there's even a mini fridge for our food. I really liked the atmosphere as well. It was peaceful, no noise. I slept very well.
I didn't like the bathroom, specifically the bath tub. The drain is clogged and it's a little hard to take a bath because the water reached till my legs.
Perfect location. Not far from main site seeings of the city. Shops, restaurants are nearby.
Wrong wifi password on the page inside the room. Should spent some extra time to get correct one from the desk.
Nice breakfast, Friendly and very helpful staff, Nice room with view over park, very central to the monastery and old town, Good value.
The parking in the underground carpark difficult.
Personal amable, hotel tranquilo.
El aire acondicionado funcionaba regular.
Spare your self the time:Bad attitude of lady in reception, rude and with no weel to help, even when telling her about the problem in the room. Bad service of cleaning: luck of soap, luck of towels Poor breakfast.
As above. We know this hotel for many years, never had that kind of bad experience
