Location and staff
The location was wonderful!! The place was clean & we loved the balcony- nice size bathroom & bedroom.
Beautiful hotel, central location and my room had a bath and balcony. Everything was faultless & Elba on reception was really helpful with questions such as nearby laundromat & booking buses etc. would absolutely return here.
staff was very helpful. A mistake was made at our next hotel stay and we did not have a reservation. Though the Altimira was full he called several other hotels to get us booked. Breakfast was very good and loved the little balcony overlooking the market.
Kind of loud at night. Garbage pick up is in the middle of the night... but what can you do ?
It was just perfect - the location is beautiful the Restaurant exceptionally good on a Michelin level and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Great top floor corner room with nice views of the plaza and food markets from the balcony. The bed was large and comfortable.Staff was welcoming and friendly. Short 5-10 minute walk to the Cathedral.
Fantastic location, great local cafes, huge food market behind it. Staff were really friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for local places of interest etc. Bedroom had a tiny balcony with rocking chairs, nice touch!
Lighting in bedroom. Only one side lamp so almost dark or all lights on.Water should be free as standard.(as it had been in all previous accomodation)
The receptionist Agustin was the best. Congenial, attentive and warm. The room was facing the street and you can see the people walking along. Very picturesque. Housekeeping staff were friendly and warm.
The breakfast could have been stellar if the head cook arranged the accoutrements better to avoid possible spills etc. The charcuterie was not cut, the guest had to the cut the saucisson. The jams were placed high and teetering, so if you opened the lid fast, the whole jar would fall off its ledge. It is too tall for the a short person to reach. The eggs were NOT peeled. Really now. There were three chopping boards for a tomato, and other vegetables I cannot remember. What happened to preparation of these the night before? I observed the "chef" (he was wearing white collared shirt), who went straight to the buffet and picked three croissants and took it to a corner bar close to the kitchen and ate with another kitchen staff (with a collared shirt) They had coffee too. No customer engament at all. I hope that management can assess, discover and enforce that by simply looking at the buffet space, with wasted space, their changes can improve access and even traffic flow to this already narrow space.

At the end of our walking the Camino, this location was great. Everything is nearby. The bed was one of the most comfortable, and since we could sleep in, it was delightful.
It was a bit noisy because of its central location, but I enjoyed hearing the lively street rhythm.
Beautiful and large roomVery good locationElevator
Noise from the street (I was on first floor. Maybe better higher up)Issues with the card/room keys multiple times (I think they have a new system)WIFI issues
Very clean nice room in a great location. Friendly supportive staff. Not the lowest priced but a good value for modern comfortable room in a historic location.
No issues
Exceptional customer service. Excellent location. Comfortable and spacious room with a very nice and minimalistic design. The hotel has a lot of charm. The restaurant at the hotel was great.
The hotel is great, but I feel its potential is not fully achieved. There were small details (dead bulb in the bathroom, poor water pressure in the shower, weird flickering light in the bedroom…), so there needs to be more attention to detail. This could be a much more premium property. Other than that, no complaints.
The room was simply and stylishly furnished . Lovely touches in the bedroom with the headboard having little lights on
The front desk woman named Marie was so helpful. She helped locate our missing luggage and helped with other requests.
Our room 104 was quiet but my sister complained of noise at night in her room 102

Gorgeous apartment and views of the bay from the living room! Right in center and close to port for boat to Pontesecures! Perfect for group of 7!
Beds were great. Excellent location.
Small rooms, no tea/coffee. Security light above our bed very intrusive, couldnt switch it off.
