The hotel is small but nice with good decorations and good position. Very near the cathedral and restaurants

Almost had a perfect score until I woke up and found a cockroach on the wall....

Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, welcoming staff, great location, wonderful breakfast. It really is a great value for money.

I'm an old lady, it isn't easy for me to climb 2 floors. No elevator.

The location. Easy access to historic centre on foot. Nearby parking at a reasonable price. Very helpful friendly staff who made a lot of effort to accomodate my vegan diet.

Lack of sound proof

The owner was wonderful. He helped us get checked in, showed us to our room and ensured we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located. We loved it!

Wonderful stay! Very nice hotel very close to the center of the city. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was perfect, except for no hot water in the bathroom. We didn't inquire, but we spoke to another person staying there with the same issue.

Julio and staff were warm, welcoming, accommodating, lovely, The facility was clean, cozy, and decore was beautiful. The location was perfect for all the sight seeing we wanted to do. My daughter and I felt safe and cared for. I really enjoyed the space.

Lucia the receptionist was a sweetheart. Very clean, centrally located. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Reasonably priced.

Loved everything

The Owner /Manager was exceptional, friendly, helpful, efficient he went out of his way to assist and help with local information and detail. The hotel is small but i a great location, close to the old centre, close to shopping, and restaurants

I liked the location, the breakfast was very nice, the staff very helpful and friendly. The bathroom facilities were clean and the towels were adequate.

The walls had a dark stain in some areas, which I am not sure if it was dirty, mold, or on purpose to give ambiance. The room was stuffy at night and there was no Air conditioning, so I had to open the window but did not feel safe so I closed it after a while before I went to sleep.

The hotel was quaint and well styled. Breakfast was very nice!

The room was small, there was a bad odor LIKE sewer (not sure where it was coming from), there were at least FIVE roaches and possibly bed bugs - I woke the second morning with three red bites on my arm.
