Pros +
- everything was perfect--super clean, very organized. great Santiago location. not romantic because big tourvgroups on busses. but very well appointed.
- Hotel San Lorenzo has great rooms for one with bathrooms en suit and opening windows. The staff is very kind, the breakfast is basic continental but you can keep eating. The location is about 600 meters below and away from the main plaza. It was a quiet neighborhood. The WiFi in my room, 212, wasn’t working well but I went down to the lobby with its many couches and chairs and the reception worked well.
- José makes your stay easy and welcoming. A very helpful man with a smile. Right on the Camino Finistere and quiet rooms that are clean and welcoming. A good stop.

- Felt like a hotel from 20 years old, it was old and musty and overpriced. Defo over priced for what you get. Bed had some sort on bug on top. Room didn't feel clean. AC didn't work. All surfaces are hard floors meaning you hear every movement in every room. How hard is it to put soft closeDoors on rooms. Every single door closing and the room shook.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable room, and great location close to city centre and on the route of the Camino Fisterra
Not much tbh.... if pushed the lift was clean and breakfast passable.

Great quiet location 10 mins from cathedral . I had an interior room where the small window opens to a large interior void. I had the main light anytime I was in the room. Old but very efficient quiet Air Con in the ceiling. You decide temperature and fan speed but it worked great at night wafted out cool air. Ok breakfast and no in house dining option.
My room was dark and a bit dated.
The location was great. The bed and pillow were so delightful after a day's walking
I would like a kettle so I could make tea
Staff are helpful and friendly
Overpriced but I believe all city is like this. That was the most expensive hotel during our traverse via Spain in the past week. Breakfast was bad. I didn't dare to try eggs and bacon xD.
Clean, new and very comfortable
The location is ideal if you have something to do in University's campus sur.
It is a very quite zone, but dhe doors of other rooms could be heard.
Great location
No parking, breakfast average.
Great location. Within minutes of main square. Very clean. Quiet at night.

Location was good and the receptionist on check out was very friendly and helpful
On check in the staff were inflexible and a little abrupt -strict 3pm even though this meant reception was filling up with people waiting so a huge queue forming. Breakfast was poor quality and cheap products. Bathroom needed re-sealing around the bath and products were cheap.
Good location, 10min away from cathedral. Very clean, spacious rooms. Good shower. AC works well. Place to store bicycles.
Pillow was kind of hard and bulky.
Lovely hotel a little outside of town but still only 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. Excellent staff and quiet neighborhood with views of the countryside. The bathtub was also a bonus! Have stayed here several times and enjoy each visit! Highly recommend!
The room was big and the hotel staff was very friendly.
The room was hot and air conditioning was not working.
The staff was very nice and supportive. The room was very clean. Nice location near beautiful park
The bathroom is quite old, the same as all furniture in the room. Restaurant in the hotel very old-fashioned and overpriced. I had only breakfast, but it was very poor choose. Basically, you have choose between cheap cereal and bread with cheese and ham, and sweets. If you like healthy full breakfast you won’t be able to get it there.Wi-fi didn’t work in the room, not enough connection for using it on laptop.
Location and excellent breakfast.
Small room and poor view outside the window, different from advertisement. Long waiting elevator.
Location was great, a short walk to the town centre and there was a nice terrace bar to the rear of the hotel.
Parking was on a public car park 10 minutes walk away but with a discount for the hotel it worked out at £8 for 24hrs
