Super clean and spacious room. Excellent bedding. Professionnal and friendly staff. Extremely comfortable stay. Free parking an added plus. Highly recommend.

The Ac unit wasn't working good thanks god we didn't need it.

The room is spacious and they left a bed prepared for our dog. The location is ok for who is travelling with a car, they have parking at the door

The temperature inside was really hot and even with the AC on it was difficult to regulate to a comfortable environment inside

The room was clean, the staff were very friendly.

They have a concept about the room temperature. According to the front desk, all the rooms are switched to fall season and nobody can change the rooms temperatures. I am not comfortable sleeping in a room at 22 - 25 degrees Celsius.

The reception team was very helpful.

It is too far from the actual old center of Santiago. It is about 2.5 miles. If meeting friends for dinner it is a walk of about 5 miles both ways. The bus is available but still not a great option as it starts at 7>30 AM and does not run regularly in the after hours of dinner.

Maybe a little more food supplies in the restaurant for late breakfast or early lunch for Foreigners like us visiting Santiago de Compostela after the pilgrimage .

All is good, loved the breakfast.

Parking could be a little problematic and being a road side hotel it should have more dedicated parking. Other than that we were happy.

Very comfortable bed and room. Friendly, efficient check in. Bus stop at the front of hotel.

The shower and bathtub were in an awkward place in the bathroom making it hard to shower.

Bus or taxi was the only option to go to the center but it will cost you about 10 euro so it’s not bad. Air conditioning was not that strong.

Great breakfast. Comfortable beds, windows that open, close to camino, good shower; elevator; helpful staff.

Traffic sounds from adjacent big highway, which was a change from our rural camino hostels; not much in the way of dining options within walking distance.

The hotel is really nice, clean and modern. Staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. Location is also okay, 10 min drive from downtown, but you can also catch bus No. 6 which stops right in front of the hotel. Parking is also possible and easy beside the hotel. It was good to back and visit the town after 8 years of my pilgrimage.

The place was clean and spacious. We got a family room and it was perfect for me, my husband, and two sons. Excellent buffet breakfast. Location was convenient from airport and into town too. Short taxi ride into the city.
