We stayed one night passing through from Porto to Bilbao. Everything was as expected in a hotel catering to business travelers. A very decent breakfast was included. The hotel is also very convenient to the Intermodal bus station.

Location is quite nice (10 min walk to main train station, 20-30 min walk to city centre). The breakfast is amazing, potentially the best I've had. Room size is very good too and in general the hotel can't be more clean that it is.

There were some minor details that made the hotel feel a bit outdated. Heating inside the building was really high all the time with no real reason which made sleeping a bit difficult at times. Beds are not bad but they are a bit too strong so not the most comfortable ones I've experienced.

Didn't really like much about this hotel. Don't let the pretty facade fool you. The front desk was extremely helpful and polite.There was one waitress that extremely polite and engaging.That is about it.

Well what didn't I like. Firstly the room 405 is the nosiest room in the building. The internal down pipes must all run through the walls there. You could hear people using the bathroom, the toilet flushing and people talking. For some reason I could hear chairs being dragged across the floor continuously. I chose the hotel because of the restaurant option, I must say the wait staff were the most unwelcoming unfriendly group of people I met in Spain. I stayed in this hotel for four nights it did not improve one bit. About location, well heading back to the historic part it costs 5€ just to go around the block. There was no consistent fare it was between 8€ to 15€. Every taxi driver was rude and aggressive. One insisted on cash only. So be prepared. One more thing I have been travelling in Spain for three weeks apparently here in Santiago there is also an imposed Tourist Tax at the discretion of your hotel. Be ready. Enjoy your stay.

Very clean and comfortable beds

It was a little removed from old town but it still had easy access to the old town via taxi and local bus. The walking distance was not to far either

Clean room with excellent dining in the hotel. The Proximity to shopping and friendly and helpful staff was a major plus.

The A/C does not auto regulate itself and remains on constantly with 3 settings and is a bit noisy.

We came to rest our last night after walking El CaminoGreat comfortable room and bathroom space.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. Such hard workers but always smiling and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner was always excellent.

It was a mile outside city center.

the bathroom needs to be remodeled

We arrived at 2am after our plane from Gatwick developed mechanical issues and we were delayed by 5 hours. The young man on reception could not have been more helpful and pleasant - getting us checked in quickly.The range of food at breakfast was really good

We are vegan and it would have nice to have soya yogurt and dairy free spread available. But that is just a small criticism… otherwise everything else was just perfect

Lovely staff and facilities if you have just finished the Camino de Ingles this is perfect for you and away from the crowds.

Well located for the central bus area. Clean comfortable room , good facilities and helpful reception staff .

The property is well located.The rooms are very clean the bed linen and the towels were excellent.The Gentleman at the front desk we very helpful and polite they went above and beyond to help organise everything that we needed.The house cleaner l was fantastic.

That l couldn't order room service until 8 pm when you have been out all day sightseeing and just want to come back and have an early dinner and are unable to order food until 8pm it's just a bit late.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and it was centrally located.
