All staff members were friendly and super accommodating. Rooms were lovely and we loved the architecture especially in the hallways to the rooms.

Excellent location,staff extremely helpful ,food great,we found this hotel faultless.

The bar and restaurant was fantastic! Both Lucille and Hector were both very attentive and lovely! We loved being tucked away but very close to the Cathedral of Saint James where we attended mass 2 of the days we were there.

Very Nice and quite neighborhood and grounds. Nice and well kept buildings.

The grounds and facilities were not utilized enough. No pool dispute a huge garden. The cafe was in the parking space rather than in the lovely garden. Very dissatisfactory.

Room looked tired.Phone not working staff tried to fix it no joy.TV had no BBC or SKY!Plugs in the bath and wash basin missing chains.Bar staff curt except for Spanish customers!

The breakfast exceeded expectations. We loved the range of tasty dishes available especially the hummus and crudites. The service was efficient and the room exceptionally clean. The scrambled eggs were delicious.

The boiled eggs could have been served hot or warm, not cold

Lovely big rooms, perfect location, breakfast was plentiful

The location is great, just outside the city centre. It has dedicated parking which always had an empty space for our car and thanks to the location it was really easy to access as a tourist. The staff was always welcoming and helpful with everything.The property had a small gym and a small pool. The gardens were also a nice touch.

The room itself smelled badly, like old and humid furniture. The bathroom had an opaque glass door which was horrible when travelling with a friend.The beds were very cheap for a 5 star hotel, just a bed base (somier) with legs that was sliding on the floor when using the headboard. The services were 5 star, but the room itself not so much.

Breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice.The location was perfect too, in a quiet neighbourhood but only 10 minutes walk to the cathedral and the historic centre.The staff always helpful and very nice.

Spacious rooms and property. The restaurant and service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff

They played canned American music constantly. Like 1940’s jazz and it took away from the fact that we were in Spain. Some improvements could be more lounges in the garden with cuishons

The swimming pool is nice but very small and very cold.

The location was good. It was a quiet area surrounded by nature. The breakfast was good. It included a variety of local products.

The hotel is outdated, the rooms are very dark, the gym and pool are small. One of the team members checked twice if I really had paid my breakfast. That was very unpleasant.

A severe lack of vegetarian food options in the hotel restaurant. One of us being a meat eater, one of us being vegetarian.

Front desk staff and restaurant staff , both unprofessional and incompetent.The hotel is focused on events and outside clients rather than guests. The service is subpar.

Good location. Clean. Nice food. Superb staff - they helped me a lot when I had lost something and when I needed a local doctor to prescribe ongoing medication. Above and beyond the usual. Impressed at every level.
