For a downtown location, it was good. At times a bit noisy.

Convenient location for trains etc. But also near old city , but away from tourist crowds. Clean, friendly, welcoming. Lovely breakfast

Great location. 7 min walk to the Cathedral. Very clean. Kind staff. Someone on site at front desk (big plus).

Room in need of maintenance. Floors were peeling. No chair in room. Floor of shower was very slippery.

Location good cleanliness very good . Disappointed could not get coffee or hot water after breakfast hours . Fresh cut fruit was only served twice. Eggs and sausage ran out . Thank you for nuts and grains and lactose free milk . Staff very friendly . Property smelled nice and fresh . Thank you

Location was perfect for a 2 night stay. Right on the edge of the inner city of Santiago De Compostela.The room was OK but not that good to warrant the price of £100 per night.

The bathroom sink was cracked and chipped in several places.The shower tray had a crack in itFor the price I paid I would have expected at least a small coffee machine or even a kettle to make an early morning cuppa. Come on pretty much everywhere I visit has at least these items plus some freebie biscuits. It all helps to maintain that high standard. Overall the room was very average and would have expected a bit more luxury. The pictures looked so good but not to be.

Excellent accommodation just outside old town. Helpful and attentive staff. Great spacious room and bathroom.

Our twin beds had a little extra entrance space so we could spread out. The shower was easy to operate with hot water. The mattresses were firm and comfortable.

More available tables at breakfast.

Everything you could want. Central. A short walk to the Cathedral. Restaurants, pastries bars pharmacy’s parks all right there. Clean and fantastic service.

Good central location. 24hour reception- we arrived at midnight and it was good that recepción was open. Spacious, cleanmodern room. Really good breakfast for €10.

The staff, in general were helpful. Tatiana at the front desk was very kind and attentive. We did, however, experience some not-so-pleasant behavior from the lady that was at the front desk during breakfast. She yelled at us the moment she saw us asking in a very rude manner our room number so she could register us for breakfast. Later that day, she screamed at us (from across the lobby) about not stepping on the yellow line inside the lift so it could work. I appreciate the information, not so much the tone. Maybe it is her way of speaking; if so, I don't find it very suitable for a hospitality environment. I must add that both my partner and I are native speakers of Spanish; imagine the impact on the non-Spanish speakers. I normally do not complain or write down negative feedback, but I really don't appreciate being yelled at, especially early in the morning, and especially during my vacations. The behavior of this lady becomes especially rude in contrast to Tatiana's and other staff members, who were nothing but polite, nice and helpful.

Location is amazing! Basic room is uncomfortable but when we change to a superior one, it was amazing (space, view)

Basic room is catfishing a bit (it’s really small, no space for a suitcase, for sure not for two). Also, bathroom silicone and products (shower gel) need bit more focus.

This was a very clean, tidy, comfortable hotel. The room was great, shower was powerful and most of all the room was nice and quiet, especially at night.
