Location is good and rate is reasonable, will come back for sure.

The shower drain is a bit clogged. There is no small kettle in the room but the receptionist was very nice, she gave me some hot water when I requested it.

Reception was very friendly, welcoming and explained everything we needed to know clearly. Breakfast was a welcome bonus that we didn’t expect and found out about as we checked in. It was tasty and good value. Room and bed were comfortable and the in room coffee machine was great. The hotel also took delivery of a suitcase for us which was very helpful.

Good breakfast, there’s coffee, Spanish omelette and sausage. Hotel is very close to the train station which is perfect after the Camino.

Probably not thoroughly updated since 2001, but perfectly functional after a pilgrimage. If you are a fan of hot high pressure showers then this is the hotel is for you. Could use a kettle in the room.The staff was friendly and the breakfast was a nice continental with Spanish twists. Really worth the money.Its location next to the main station of Santiago of Compostela is a major plus.

Great location and there was an elevator for my sister who has difficulty with stairs. It is very close to the train/bus station and shops downtowns.

The first day our room was chilly and when I turned the heat on, the air from the vents was quite cool. The thermostat was very simple so I don’t think operator error was to blame. Day two was more comfortable.

Good location 10 mins walk from old town and cathedral. Stylish Modern hotel, great staff and exceptional value breakfast.

We found the beds to be basic and a little hard. Like most modern city hotels, minimal storage/ drawers if you have more than overnight luggage- and no shelving in bathrooms for toiletries.

Lovely large room. Handy for centre of Santiago, and nearby long term parking in Horreo.

Great location, 10 mins in one direction to centre, 10 mins the other way to bus and trains stations. Huge breakfast choice.

The location is excellent, very close to the station and a short (uphill) walk to old town and the cathedral

The beds were a bit hard and the family room was big but had a bit of a weird bathroom with a frosted glass wall, it flooded when the shower was on - had to create a dam with towels to stop the shower water going across the floor other than that all pretty good but expensive. The room was really big and clean, the air conditioning and fridge worked and the bedding was great. The coffee maker was a value add. There is a really good grocery 2mins walk up the road which has fresh pastries, fruit and juice at much better value than the breakfast at the hotel. Expensive but booked lastminute

Being British would have liked a kettle in the room. Would have been happy to provide coffee, milk etc.
