Pros +
- Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Quiet. Clean. Good size room.24h reception. At 3:30 am the receptionist called us a taxi to the airport which arrived in 2 min and the cost was exactly how she told us it would be.
- It had a room available at moderate cost
- Room set up, availability of food and a bar on the hotel. The fact that there was a real reception with real, helpful people.
Cons -
- Bed was small. The bathroom vents did not work, therefore all the steam remained until morning. Bathroom floor got also really wet from the shower( half a glass door) and steam. One towel was really old and falling apart.. that doesn't belong in a guest room.
- The hallway smelled bad and so I’d the room. The exhaust fan dint operate. The walls were thin.
- Locations was not great but room was good enough.

Clean rooms. Close to downtown.
Only 6 parking spots for the whole hotel. Parking in the area is very very challenging.
The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I also enjoyed the availability of breakfast.
The only thing I didn't like was that there was no hot water for a night when I really needed it. The matter was resolved the morning after.
The staff at the front desk (Beatriz, in particular) were very helpful and accommodating our request for a change of room. All staff were courteous and helpful in providing advice about the town. The cleaning lady was very gracious and kept our room very clean and well appointment throughout our stay.
This is a three-star hotel and well serves its purpose. However, I would advice anybody with a car not to park in its small garage. While the price (8 euro per night) is reasonable, the space and its tightness is just not worthy it. I would advice to drive around and find a parking spot on the streets nearby (the hotel is not centrally located and thus, parking can always be found with some little patience).
Spotless, quiet, and comfortable
The front desk attendant was amazing when we arrived late at night, tired and hungry! She was quick and friendly with great customer servie.
Lamps on the nightstand would have been better than only bright lights on the ceiling.
Room was spacious.
We were at this hotel during the blackout. The staff was not helpful at all. No water or even a flashlight was offered. We would not recommend or rebook as a result of the staffs actions to assist during the blackout. Our room was on the 6th floor and we were not offered a lower room as of course the lift did not work.
- Friendly and helpful receptionist. After a long walk on the Camino, I had blisters on my feet, and staff provided me with alcohol and gauze to treat it.- Comfy bed
Correcto. La habitación no era tan grande como parecía en las fotos, pero era cómoda y limpia. Equipo simpático y amable. No muy céntrico, pero relativamente cerca de varias opciones para comer.
Nice hotel overall
A bit far away from the city centre, no parking (we have to park in a nearby public parking).
The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. There was no AC or any visible, so the room was very warm. Also there was no working ventilator in the loo, so as you can imagine smells started to linger. Also, quite a lot of noise from the road traffic. I was going to have the buffet breakfast, but it was too busy and loud, with guests grabbing their food. I went to the front cafe and the grey haired woman serving was absolutely miserable and looked at me with disdain. I think you need to train the staff to remember that just because we are pilgrims and guests we still deserve some courtesy and customer service. We give courtesy and thanks remember. But, the desk staff were very helpful and courteous.
I like how its very accessible. There’s a bus going to the center qhich is like 10-15 min away. It’s a quiet place and clean place qhich is really good
I don’t know if this is something common in Galicia, but there was no AC, no way to adjust the heating as its centralised I supposed. So it comes to a point were its very hot and all you can do is open the window.
We flew in late and we’d changed to this hotel as it was easiest from airportLocation to centre was ok same for the bus and railway station
We had 6th floor roomLift goes to 5thStaff at breakfast were miserable Breakfast was dull so we ate out Was conscious that room could be overlooked from the building to rear….
The hotel is located about 20min walk from the cathedral, by the wide street. There are some restaurants, cafes and pizzeria nearby. The hotel is a little bit old stylish, but clean and comfortable. The room was big enough. We also ate breakfast - for us it was diversed enough, also with warm dishesThe staff is nice and helpful.
All was great.
the hotel is tidy, small and comfortable. Has a private garage. The location is great (5 minutes from the downtown). Breakfast is also very good. Also, the rooms are very warm
The room altogether was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The location was pretty good as there was a specialty coffee in the area, supermarkets, bars etc. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The only thing we didn’t like was that there was only one power socket in the room, which felt odd. Also, as we had a twin bedroom, there were two separate beds which had wheels. It was funny that they kept subtly moving around the room due to those wheels.
The location iz great and the staff was very helpfull. The breakfast was awesome and if we ever come back to Santiago we will come to this hotel again. ❤️
The staff was lovely! Both at the reception and the little hotel cafe! There's a laundry service next to the hotel and very easy to use. The room was spacious!
The hotel is like 15-20min away from the center and downhill, so prepare your legs (after a Camino it should be easy, or not...). There wasn't enough shampoo/soap in the bottle in the toilet, and our neighbors in the room next door made too much noise (that's not the hotel's fault though of course).
